Excellent location. Staff were wonderful. Delicious hot breakfast with multiple options. We are gluten free and loved the omelets, sausage, yogurt, cereal, fruit options. Coffee and tea 24/7!! Heated outdoor pool Fantastic large rooms! SOUNDPROOF! We didn't hear anyone ever. Dishwasher , dishes, full fridge and freezer! Microwave. Was awesome! Definitely going back

No hot tub and pool heater broke during our stay, so too cold to swim the last couple days. But stuff happens. I don't hold that against them at all. We were thrilled with location to beach, restaurants, shopping, Walmart, etc

The hotel was excellent and so close to the beach. Also close to lots of good restaurants. This facility is also pet friendly and they have poop stations around the hotel. Balls and treats for purchase, now that you s a great addition! The breakfast was nice. Parking was great and loved we could use our room key to come through side doors 24/7 access. It was so nice to have a microwave and full size fridge in the room. And so much space, just a really nice touch!

Only complaint would be the comfort of the bed. It did a number on my husband and my side, that had me tossing and turning throughout the night. Pillows could be more comfortable also.

The room was clean and they offered breakfast. That helped save $ for my family of five! Walk to the beach was short and you didn't have to cross a major road. This was very close to a lot of restaurants and Walmart.

I had a to pay for laundry and tote my clothes down stairs. I will probably book somewhere that I have a machine in my room with 3 kids. The public beach access was crazy packed. We walked in front of silver shells resort to Henderson Park to sit on the beach. This was a longer walk, but well worth it.

Location was awesome a short walk to the beach. The public part of the beach that you can use is a small area it can get a little crowded because the condos on each side block off the beach for them which is crazy it’s almost always empty - they should open it to public however if you drive up the road 5 minutes to Henderson you have more space on that public beach. Crab island is a must !! Dolphin tours also! View from room wasn’t bad you could still see the beach. Pool area was nice . The hotel was clean and comfy. You are close to everything you need! Breakfast was good but once they make it that’s all there is so get down early or you will miss the bacon lol 😊

I loved it wish they had balconies but your barely in the room anyway!

We have stayed here previously, and the staff this time around were so much nicer and accommodating! They had a recent remodel, so the carpet and counter tops in the rooms looked new and the lobby looked like it had a fresh makeover. The pool was fantastic this time around! There were some chillier (and windy) days while we were there, and we were still able to use the pool as it was heated. The beds were pretty comfortable, and we had a partial view of the ocean. They are super pet friendly from what we witnessed! They have doggie stations set up on the property, and special do not disturb signs for those with pets. Even though it was pet friendly it was still clean and quiet! Another plus is the parking is FREE this year since the remodel. The beach, the candy shop and The Back Porch restaurant are all within walking distance from the hotel. About a 3-4 min walk.

The breakfast could use some improvements. It wasn’t bad, just ok. Maybe some fresh berries and whipped cream to go on the waffles and/or some fresh cut melon. Some other breakfast options besides waffles, breakfast sandwiches and cheesy eggs.

I loved the room with a kitchen, it came handy. Over all staff were good, breakfast was awesome. Gym is pretty small, but it has all the basics. Really liked it. Comfortable stay.

I didnt like that our room wasn't cleaned earlier, the cleaning crew arrived at our room around 5 pm and they asked if we wanted our room cleaned, but we were showering and the rest having dinner. So maybe they just need to organize themselves more, otherwise it was great.

The location to the beach was awesome! The breakfast was good. The room size was wonderful. The staff with the one exception was phenomenal.

The breakfast area was usually congested at anytime. The breakfast eggs left something to be desired and they were usually out of items that needed to be restocked. We did have 1 issue with a rude staff member which I reported and it was taken care of I was told.

Location was perfect, breakfast was delicious and very convenient, staff was wonderful.

i just found 1 staff member not friendly, and no matter what I said, I couldn’t take a smile out of her face … she was in a personal phone call while she checking me in … and I meant personal because she had an air pods on and she was talking in her language … (not english, not spanish) She didn’t explained me were my room where, and when I asked her she didn’t like it. At the room, one of the beds wasn’t good… One side had kind of a hole in a middle, and you couldn’t sleep all the way good, so, I used the other side of the bed that was even.

This is an amazing location. You can walk to the beach or a one minute drive and the. 1 min or less walk down a board walk. Close to a Henderson park which is a beautiful beach. Close to all the great restaurants and you can drive to oakloosa, Pensacola and 30a for the day! Great spot

Beds in our room were very hard and creeked. They were full so could not move us.

Only one large face and drying towel in our room. Second, they said they would bring more but never brought them. They facility needs a jacuzzi, it's kids friendly in the pool area so kids were everywhere running & jumping in the pool. Adults cant, enjoying the pool. Breakfast area to small, the line was down the hallway both Saturday & Sunday morning. So we left and went to IHOP.
