The guy who helped me at the front desk allowed me to check-in early (7AM instead of 3PM) and even gave me a complimentary room upgrade because my room wasn’t available yet due to me checking in so early. I feel like he really went above and beyond to make sure I got in a room in a timely manner, which was greatly appreciated because I was worn out from traveling so early.

The only thing I found mildly inconvenient was that there was they don’t provide those free mini-toothpaste tubes that a lot of hotels have. You have to buy it from a vending machine they provide for $3 and it only takes cash. Though, this can easily be solved if you bring your own toothpaste but I forgot!

They accommodated me when I needed to stay an extra day. Reception just kept the security deposit for the extra stay day. There are eating spots nearby. I only had the McDonalds and it was good. Overall clean. Refrigerator and microwave in the room that was plus.

I didn’t like that the sink for the bathroom was outside the bathroom with the mirror and it was so close to the door. Also there was no closet and no long mirror to look at your clothes. The key card for the door didn’t always work. Wasn’t a smart tv to watch apps on.

Room was good and clean and was able to watch TV and rest.

The $ 50.00 security or damage deposit fee. I think you should only be charged that amount if they find you damage property similar to the no smoking policy. the new employee at the desk almost charge me a late arrival fee but when I asked for her to explain and another employee came over they waive the fee. I think if after you RSVP a room which the provision that if you cancel after a certain time there a penalty or non refundable

Very clean. Friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet and well-supplied room with towels and toiletries. Excellent location for Navy graduation. Nice breakfast room with ample options. Appreciated the Navy decor and photo area and props to make it fun.

There wasn't anything to really dislike...just a couple of unusual things. There was no closet area to hang clothes and there was a weird metal frame around the bed...I'm assuming that was to prevent items from getting lost under it, however if you accidentally bumped the metal frame it sounded like a loud gong. Again, these are not complaints or concerns, just unexpected oddities.

The staff when we checked in were friendly. The cleaning crew always had a smile on their face and they did decorate for parents/loved ones to take pics of their newly appointed Sailors. That was a nice touch

The room and bathrooms were ok, didn't feel very cozy rather cold and bland. My fiancé went down for breakfast and she said all they had were pieces of bacon. I told that the website stated a "breakfast item" not an actual breakfast.

It was an 9 star!! Thank you for making my trip there very convenient and accommodating my stay due to my flight changes. Over all great experience-friendly staff-clean facility.

Would recommend some Danish & doughnuts when buffet was quickly gone and access to coffee (even at night) maybe offer vanilla flavored creamer. I would pay for a cup machine coffee or hot chocolate available any hour.

Days Inn is in a Great location, the building was clean, our room was clean, the staff is amazing. There is a McDonald's next door and a subway. Navy base is 1.4 miles away. They offer shuttle service for families attending the Navy graduation.

The breakfast could be better. Maybe add bacon or sausage to the breakfast bar, and add hot sauce.

I liked that immediately once you go into the hotel you can tell it’s very clean. when I got to my room it was also cleaned and it didn’t have a smell of cigarettes since I’ve encountered other places where I pick no smoking and there’s always a smell of cigarettes so I really liked that there wasn’t no smell of cigarettes.

I stayed there 3 nights with my partner and there was only one little bag of shampoo which was only enough for me. Also during my 3 night stay no one ever came to replace towels or clean the room and take out the trash not sure if I had to ask the front desk but from other experiences I’ve had the cleaning employee knocks on the door and asks if we want our room cleaned every day.

The staff!!! The hotel is not fancy but you’d never know it from the level of service. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things about the staff.

It was perfect for my trip. It does not have a pretty view but I was not there for that.

The room was very comfortable with great amenities.

When the booking.com reservation was cancelled using a decline credit card option when cash was paid instead. I understand the reason but it could have affected my credit.
