This hotel is located in Karterados, a small village very very close to Firá, the capital. You can reach this very touristic area of Santorini by foot, some 10-15 minutes walk or by bus (station nearby). The hotel itself, which has a traditional look, is nice and peaceful. Our room was really beautiful and big, very nicely decorated, very clean and very comfortable. There is a free private parking place, which is very important because you really need a rented car to make most of your stay in Santorini. Our host was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. She speaks many languages and will guide you with a good advice for everything you need. We enjoyed a lot our small vacation in Santorini and I highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and there is also a breakfast option and breakfast is good.

I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean, housekeeping is done daily, and you have all the facilities you need—although I do suggest bringing your own hairdryer. The staff is wonderful and incredibly kind—I truly want to thank them and express my deepest appreciation. The hotel also arranged our airport transfer, which cost €25 for 2 or 3 people. We were picked up in a brand new Volvo SUV, and it was a very comfortable ride. The pool is clean, the water was pleasantly warm, and I definitely recommend going for a swim. Breakfast is somewhat limited, but you can order a really good cappuccino for an extra cost. Highly recommended 🩷

Exceptinally, clean and well designed hotel. Customer Service was excellent. Upgraded me to the upper floor on my request. Quite neighborhood for peaceful sleep Safe, secure on-site free parking. Great value for money.

Bit away from fira central place. I rented a car, so for me, distance was not an issue. 5 min drive to fira main bus station. Shower area was not well designed. No door or shower curtain to contain the shower water. It creates a mess after shower.The whole bathroom gets wet and slippy. There were no tissues provided. Very basic breakfast. It needs to have more choices. Cost is 10 euro per day per person. One can go out if they want.

I am so happy, I stayed here I felt so comfortable and so safe as a woman travelling alone. It was close to a convenience store a few few places in case you're hungry in the evening or just looking for a snack and was round the corner from the bus stop. Could easily get to Kamari Beach, Oia, Fira town and more. Air-conditioning was really good in the room, easy to navigate. Breakfast every morning was lovely.  the accommodation was a really nice quiet and peaceful vibe. Also, would like to give thanks to the staff who were so so so amazing especially Evangelia who liaised with my partner to get me a beautiful bouquet and red velvet cake for my birthday!

Staff were so helpful , they were so quick to help us with anything we needed! In a quiet area, about a 25 min walk to Fira. Bus stop 5 mins away from hotel. Enjoyed our stay . Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and big. Helped us sort out a car and also organised last minute transport for us from the port and to the airport. Staff so so helpful

As other reviews did mention- the shower had no door so you always had to be careful, the water would go everywhere

Very well maintained and new. Very friendly and helpful staff. We even got different room on our request without any problems. Quiet location off of the mainstream tourist paths but still in close proximity to the happening places

The only thing for improvement is the breakfast procedure. It’s still the Covid process where you pre order the day before which makes it appear to be a bit greedy. A small buffet would be the more customer friendly choice. Pool opening hours only from 10am till before sunset.

What a fabulous place, pool small bar, breakfast available, great location, quiet but easy to walk to bus stop to Fira, Akrotiri, Perissa, Kamari and Airport. A great supermarket and Bakery nearby.On a clear day we spotted Anafi, Astypalaia, Amorgos from the balcony. Very much appreciated the transfers organised by the hotel to and from the port. The managers go out of their way to make your holiday special.

We did have the superior room and it was so good. The king sided bed was super comfortable and the room was awesome. We had our own balcony with deck chairs. The pool was great to go in.

I didn’t like that the pool closed at sunset, could’ve gone for a late night swim if it didn’t. Also the shower didn’t have a door which meant water went everywhere in the bathroom but there was service daily.

Close to restaurants and shops. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The shower did not have a door. Bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. There are no screens on the windows or doors so mosquitos would get inside if we opened them to let the breeze in. Breakfast is very limited.
