The property was situated in a very bustling place, but not as much where it's crowded. I LOVED how it was near an HEB so we were able to get our night's groceries quickly. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the check-in process was smooth. Our rooms were cleaned and was well-kept. The TV was HDMI friendly so we were able to watch our own movies in addition to cable. The bathroom and shower were also very clean and spacious so we did not feel cramped. Overall, our stay was super comfortable and a great value for our weekend trip to San Antonio.

This is just a personal preference, but the pillows were not compatible for my neck. The parking is a bit all around the building so if you can't find parking in the front, you'll have to circle the building to get to the other spaces. I highly encourage the property to invest in more security issues just to make future guests feel more safer when leaving their vehicles as we had to park on the side of the hotel and the lighting wasn't as bright as the front. Luckily, there were no incidents or break-ins so we felt assured.

Clean, perfect location - close to restaurants, shopping center, grocery store, easy access from the hwy. I loved the lights by the grill area.

The breakfast 🥞 had a great selection , Restaurant options at a walking distance, a area outside in front to socialize into the evening/night time, a fitness area , over all a clean location

Honestly our stay went wonderfully in all aspects. The front desk assisted at anything we had questions about and to add they were very polite. The room was clean and didn’t have any old type of smell. The trip was at a 100 expectation.

I liked the convience of the location, the staff, and the services offered.

My coffee was never hot, but small concern in the scheme of things.

Not a big deal but, the thermostat in my room was programmed for certain times throughout the day.

The property was great. It was super clean, staff was friendly, and the room was the perfect temp all night. the property is also surrounded by great food options and other amenities.

We didn’t have hot water AT ALL during our stay. It was something that after a long day hiking would have been nice.

Breakfast was not what I expected but I’m just not crazy about sausage & that was all that was offered. Ran out of creamer for the coffee. The grounds were very nice, the staff was great.

Location and Conditions

The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. The room stayed cold all night!! Walking distance to restaurants

The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was pretty crowded the morning we were there so a lot of things went out fast

Had problem communicating with Breakfast staff. English was not her first language and could not get minor situation resolved. Two others had similar problem with same result. We all gave up and moved on in our day.
