The room was clean and the noise from flights was low despite its proximity to the airport. It's only 10-15 minutes to the airport by taxi.

1. If you book the hotel because it's only 200 meters from the airport, think about it again. Two hundred meters is from a bird's perspective. You can't walk to it on foot. You must get a taxi (~25€ each way) or wait for the hotel shuttle (10€ each way). 2. Be ready for the long queues at the reception. 3. Be ready for the long queues to pay for water (I spent 10 minutes in the queue containing 15 persons to purchase a bottle of water) 4. There is no complimentary bottled water provided in the rooms, nor is there a kettle/tea/coffee-making facilities available. 5. Squicky door to the toilet 6. The water temperature in the bathroom is around 36 C — not very cold, but below the comfortable level.

We were surprised about all the facilities at the hotel. This needs to be included in advertising along with pictures of the lobby, games, food, etc. We also were not aware of the airport shuttle for 10 euro a person.

No fridge, no coffee maker

Outstanding and very large room. Great bathroom and super clean room. Fast Wifi and large screen TV. Very quiet room. Friendly staff and very helpful. Will be happy to stay here again. They arranged a taxi in the early morning which arrived spot on.

Arriving from the airport at night it was hard to see where to go from the shuttle bus. There were signs on the ground but at dark these don't show and it would be nice to know about this prior to arrival.

I liked everything about this hotel! It has a nice atmosphere and was very clean. The room was beautifully designed, especially the lighting — such a nice touch. There were also fun games and activities available, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very careful and attentive to my gluten-free needs — I really appreciated that. I even got a gluten-free muffin. :) The shuttle service was also perfect — easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the check-in in the evening — the staff at that time seemed unprofessional and lacked the necessary knowledge. Luckily, everything else during the stay was excellent. :)

Everything except failing in clear communication

After I specifically asked a question about the shuttle, they "forget" to communicate that the shuttle does not go to the hotel but in the car parking. yes it is 5 min walk, but not nice if you it is raining/snowing and you have 2 heavy luggage. They apologized, but they do nothing (well a free coffee!). Called an paid for a taxi the day after.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, quiet room

Could have more clear instructions on how to catch the shuttle bus at the Airport. Did not see any signs for the Moxy Hotel, but there were signs for the Hilton and the Novotel.

We only stayed one night as a family of 4, the hotel is really clean and tidy with great vibe. The food and drinks was good and the staff really lovely, friendly and so accommodating. Communication prior to the trip was also brilliant. You can get a shuttle from the airport direct to the hotel, this is free. The return journey can be booked at reception for €10pp. However they also do offer a brilliant reliable cheap taxi service as well which we used.

This hotel was a great place to stay! The staff was friendly, the location was perfect to get to the airport (only 2 bus stops, or their own free shuttle) and the breakfast was good. The hotel is pretty and updated. The room was very nice and clean, with A/C, TV with Wifi connection to online platforms, and the shower had very good temperature regulation and great water pressure. I definitely recommend!

The only problem was the noise in the morning. I think it was the cleaning they were doing in the rooms upstairs and next to me, very early in the morning.

Location. location. location. Hotel was located adjacent to the airport property. A decent in-house restaurant was across the roundabout at a competing hotel. Walking distance not a problem whatsover.

We were quite surprised to discover no closet space in the room. A few hangers on a wall peg was pretty much it. We improvised for spaces to place luggage, large winter parkas, etc. There's a small desk-like glass shelf that we adapted to accomodate pocket change, watches, and charging strips for our phones. Management has a funky design concept regarding decor, and a flyer describes their methodology to keep the room's temperature livable. In the bonus category, we were able to piggyback aboard the previous inhabitant's Google account to surf for entertainment on the TV's streaming app. Youtube was by far the most welcome streaming option. We were glad management did not purge the account settings after the previous guest exited. Thanks, whoever you are!
