Super clean and we liked that it had 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and frig and coffee maker worked well. Elevator was convenient and we liked the view of the water. Office staff was super nice and helpful. Parking was ample and water pressure was excellent.

We didn’t like that our building was situated in the back of the property. You had to walk kinda far in the front door of the Surf Rider property each time you walked to the pool. You also had to sign in every day to use their pool, and ask for a key to use their restroom. Did not understand why the pool restroom was locked. Inconvenient to have to keep asking for a key and have to walk in through the front door. Beach access was also kinda hidden but the beach was accessible across the street.

The units are large and furnished and have a fully equipped kitchen. The location is nice and you will have a wonderful sunset view looking over the canal. There are no roads nearby as the unit is tucked away so you will sleep well here!

Overall the buildings and grounds get use a little more TLC. The rooms are nice but they need a facelift and some paint and new furniture wouldn't hurt. But all in all this is still a nice quiet place to stay in this area!

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Buildings set back from A1A- so quiet. Our unit was on the top floor, which was nice for sunset view. Two bathrooms 👍. Comfortable beds. Easy access to nice beach. Good size pool. Absolutely couldn't beat the deal. Great value for a nice, well kept unit. Will definitely book again and recommend to others.

Heated large pool. Tennis courts very nice. Nice porch, patio over canal. Excellent location in pompano beach across from beach

The stay was just perfect, I have no complains at all. Apartment is spacey, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dryer, washing machine, there is also a balcony. Close proximity to the beach is a big plus(~5min), and the staff is also very nice and helpful.

Perfect location and loved the amenities. We played pickleball, took a dip in the heated pool, enjoyed live music on the patio and walked through the private gate to the beach!

There was nothing that I didn't like!

The location was great. We had access to a beach that was not crowded even during Spring Break time. I like having laundry facilities in the room. Lots of space!

The rooms were dated. Our air conditioner broke and it took half a day to get a new room. They did get us a new room though, so they made it right.

Staff was cool, the property is very clean and quiet. Had such a great time there. For sure would comeback there.

Getting old and stuff not working like dishwasher and lighting. Things are broken here and there. Needs refresh
