When first arrived i thought the property was so-so. The check-in staff was very friendly and gave advice of things to do. When entering the room we were amazed at the size and very modern room. The outlets had usb built in, the beds very comfy and the bathroom very modern. It had a refrigerator, micro waver and TV which we didn't use. It is 10 minutes from Sensorio,, which I highly recommend going to. The motel is near the freeway and we felt safe.

Had to leave, not enough time to explore Paso Robles. We had just spent 3 days in Morro Bay. Also, we didn't have time to use the pool, it was very clean.

A single-story recently updated older property with very clean comfortable rooms and a small swimming pool near the entrance. The two kinds of roll-up curtains block glare and sunlight, and the new windows effectively block noise from the parking lot for a good night's sleep. Lots of outlets to charge electronic devices, a mini fridge, microwave, & tv. Free wifi for your computer. Shower has shampoo, conditioner, & body wash dispensers. The comfy bed has European style bedding that uses a comforter with a cover that is changed out for every guest -- no more funky blankets and bedspreads. A good value for the price. We stayed two nights and would definitely stay again.

It is a classic roadside motel configuration with the car parking in front of the rooms. It is recently refurbished with a light touch of design effort. It is not particularly inspiring but it does provide a pleasant overnight stay, with all the regular, low scale amenities provided. It is a relatively affordable lodging option in a town that is rather expensive.

The position is somewhat isolated from the center of the town, but still within a walking distance.

Loved the fresh scent of the motel room. Did not have lingering smells of any type. Clean, white linens and comfortable pillows. Loved the fact there were four pillows and they weren’t flat, flimsy, support less pillows. Comfortable was cool and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Wish there was assigned parking. To be able to walk of out of your room and your vehicle parked directly outside your door would be ideal. That way one isn’t walking back and forth across parking lot to load up car before checking out. Lastly, I presume “Justin” was the owner, came off a tad bit rude during check in. Not sure if he had an argument prior to interacting with me or was having a bad day.

The motel doesn't look special when you drive up but there are many special details in the room. The fixtures were attractive and the lighting was excellent. If you and your partner both want to read in bed, you have sufficient lighting and don't have to suffer under bleak overhead lighting. It was small but not cluttered and there was a long surface for putting your belongings and easy access to charging ports.

The room was comfortable, the women did a great job cleaning the room, there was plenty of ice, the air conditioning worked well, and it was very quiet.

The at the reception desk wasn’t very friendly. The television remote was very difficult to operate, and the television didn’t have very good reception. There wasn’t a snack machine.

The room was comfortable. It was clean.

The desk person needs to be more friendly; speak better English and give advice- if he asked. If it’s possible to have a map of town- it’ll be very helpful. The whole experience to learn “ from local “ completely missing when person doesn’t want and can’t communicate. Also hotel needs to spray bathroom from ants invasion. The swimming pool is not looking inviting.

The people next door were very loud. They were outside in the common area, being very loud for hours at a time, even very early waking us up

I think the room was extremely overpriced at $291. I expected it to be much more upgraded at that price. However, this day was fine and I enjoyed the room. I liked that it was on the first floor and easy to get into. I have paid under $100 for a room like that in the past, though. I don’t find me a little more But I found that to have been about $120 overpriced. I will not be staying again.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our room was spacious and updated. I liked it quite a bit! There were enough pillows and the space was very clean. The location isn't far from downtown, an easy drive, and has free parking which was spacious and easy to get into. For the money, this place is an absolute steal! We looked into hotels around Paso Robles as well as surrounding towns as we were on a road trip and the Cielo House was the best option for the price within about an hours drive. We really appreciated the space!

We were in a far corner room which was great for privacy and peace and quiet, however it did mean the wifi was not as strong. I definitely could not have taken zoom meetings from this room. Additionally, for me, with a bad back, the bed was too squishy but that is more of a me problem than a problem for the hotel! Just something to think about if you need a firm bed.

It was clean and the beds were super comfy.

I didn’t like that room was extremly hot when we arrived. It was summer time and maybe high 90’s to low 100’s. The bathrooms window had the sun beaming in and it made it more hot in the bathroom. Maybe a shade of some sort for the bathroom windows that have the sun beaming in. Also, if they know how many rooms are going to be used that day maybe have the a/c on so when the guests walk into the room its already nice and cool.
