Great location-easy to reach all parts of Old City within 10 minutes or less on foot. While shocked at how small room was, it was extremely quiet (we had room by elevator and never heard it) and comfortable to sleep in. Very clean hotel, particularly considering age.

Limited help from staff. Only one doorman who parked cars, greeted new guests, etc. Basically no one available to carry bags up the steps to hotel, provide information, etc. At times, lengthy wait to check in or receive car. Most of front desk not very helpful regarding directions or other questions-just gave a map. Restaurant was handy but had limited menu and drinks.

Love the restaurant onsite. Do not miss it—one of my favorite stops in the city. Love the new bathrooms—very clean. Comfortable beds. Very pleased that we were given a room away from the elevators this time. Great air conditioning. Spacious. Be sure to use the second elevator, as the one closest to the restaurant is frequently in use.

Parking is valet only or you can park yourself in the same area that they park the car for way less money, which is the city center located directly across from the hotel. I hate valet parking personally, because it means you have to wait for an attendant to be available to access your car, so we parked ourselves this time. We found it difficult to find the exit closest to the hotel when we were in the underground parking system though, which led to a longer than necessary walk with our bags. The first time I stayed here I use the valet and swore I wouldn’t do that again. And the second time I used the underground system and think I might valet the next time. 😂

everything. Starting with your people. All were excellent. The front desk, valets, waitstaff, and housekeeping were all very pleasant and helpful. Also the location was perfect. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We will be happy to recommend your Hotel to friends and family should they travel to Quebec City.

The only thing i would recommend is the shower head falls out easily. It fell when my Wife was showering and she fell getting out of the way. Fortunately not hurt. We would not consider that a deal breaker. Our showers have a fixed shower head and we were not familiar with your type of shower..

We stayed in 502, it was very clean and new looking like the hotel had been recently renovated. The shower had good water pressure and the amenities were numerous, lots of towels etc. We had a decent view out the window too. The customer service was great, they were very kind, understanding we had a baby with us and even valet parking which was a relief. From check in to check out it was flawless. We were even accommodated on a later check out since it took longer with the baby. The baby bassinet they provided was free of charge which made it easier for the little guy. It was even the same as his at home so he felt right at home. You cannot beat the location, smack dab in the middle of everything so just a short walk to any of the sights and very good restaurants including the one in the hotel.. After traveling to numerous places this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had.

N/A , it was great

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were small! We were right over the street entrance and we requested a quiet location. Rooms were surprisingly quiet for an old building. Location was great. Bed was comfortable.

Parking. We were told charge was per night/per 24 hours. We stayed 4 nights. but only used valet parking for 2 nights. (we were fortunate to find street parking and paid 2 hours until the overnight/Free period). WE used valet from 9am 1 day to 9 am next day, and again our final day 9am, until we checked out at 7am. They charged us for 3 nights. I questioned it but the Receptionist would not change. I told her I disagreed but what was I to do? So I paid. I would like to lodge a complaint with management and ask for one day/night refund. It was NOT 1 fee for 24 hour/ or 1 fee for overnight!

Great location! Beautiful historic building and the staff was great! Room was a good size for all our needs. Bathroom was spacious... Great experience. City parking was convenient with an underground tunnel system.. especially convenient in wintry days.

Everything was very clean, but the carpet was cleaned or sprayed with a strong febreeze like product and we had to open window. Not good if you are sensitive to smells. No fridge and no smart tv -- we were okay without either of them, but we missed a small fridge for quick bites like yogurts or cheese.

Great location. Large room. Super clean and quiet. Nice helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and quality linens. The room had heated bathroom floors and a super easy to operate heating/cooling system.

Be sure and ask if your room has a frig. Mine did not. The front desk told me lots of the rooms do have them. They also have a frig available from the front desk if you need to use it. But I like one in my room so I don’t have to get dressed and use theirs.

The location of this hotel was excellent. We were able to easily walk to all of our destinations (stores, restaurants, etc.). The room was clean and comfortable. Our king bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

We wished we would have known that the hotel cart could have been used in the underground parking garage. It would have helped with unloading our motorcycle in the rain for our stay.

Location! Location! Location! Hotel is situated in walking distance to everywhere and sits in the old city. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The bathroom was very nice, but the products weren’t great-the hair conditioner didn’t work.

The price point is very high. And the staff from the first time we walked up to reception, were not overly friendly. We felt the receptionist was done with us before we were done. The rooms had coffee making and a refrigerator in the room - no microwave.

Location, location, location! Ideal position. Very generous sized room, with one of the comfiest beds we have slept in. Great shower. We had a room at the front of the hotel and loved watching the world pass by outside.

Nothing I can think of.
