Such a great place to stay for the price. The resort feels like a small town where everyone has their little home, everyone smiles and greets you as you walk around. Main swimming pool area was great. Incredibly clean rooms, with lots of space and a bathtub! Definitely want to return.

Only criticisms I can give are: the WiFi which was quite unreliable. As a remote worker, I often had to hotspot with my mobile data. The aircon wasn't very effective at cooling down the room. And the restaurant was pretty expensive. If these things were improved, it'd easily be a 10 from me!

I absolutely LOVED everything about New Sunari Beach Hotel.The room was very large and clean.It was serviced daily.Breakfast was fabulous-a buffet with a large variety of food,both European and Indonesian...The grounds were really beautiful and we're very well maintained.As a beachfront hotel the views across the seas were delightful...The staff,however,are what really made my stay SO enjoyable-friendly,professional and always ready to help...I want to mention Amelia at reception and in the dining room Udah,Dina,Dion,Marlo and especially Agus.I have very fond memories of this hotel...Worth returning to....10 out of 10

I LOVED EVERYTHING.

The hotel is quite big and offers an all-in-one package, including a restaurant, SPA, small gym and 2 pools. As almost everywhere on Bali, hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room/rest of the property are reasonably well maintained. The hotel territory is huge and I saw many people working on its maintenance every day. I also got a "bonus" room, as mine was next to a staircase and the place above it was joined to extend my room, which was a nice bonus. As I stayed here during a low season, I didn't have issues with the noise other people mention. However I must admit during weekend days I could hear neighbors a lot. The location of the hotel is quite good. 15 mins by foot one could get to Lovina beach, around which there are many good restaurants/SPA/etc.

I wasn't a big fan of the hotel restaurant, so I ended up going elsewhere. The other huge thing for me was the pillows. It is always a mystery for me who can sleep on big tight pillows like the ones in the hotel. I ended up using no pillows at all, as I cannot sleep with either a neck of ~90 degrees or in a half-sitting position.

The pool is good and it’s direct to the beach inside the hotel area. The Environment is very good and create the refresh & nature ambience

It’s a bit old already and there is no separation or curtain between the bathup and washtafel/closet area so the water can splash anywhere while you’re taking shower. The breakfast is not refillable. At 9am most of it already empty especially the stall. Actually the breakfast time was at 7-10am. So you have to come at 7am if you wish to find many choices.

This hotel is a Paradox so I am reviewing on the good things which outweighed the poor. And, it is only a 3 star hotel :) Excellent location. Gorgeous gardens. Wonderful and helpful staff. Easy car parking on-site. Comfy bed. Good mini fridge in room. VERY large room and bathroom. Excellent massage; Seriously good :) Close to the main Lovina beach.

No hand soap. No hand towel. Both arrived when I asked. Sheet did not fit bed. AC was noisy. Dirt leaflets and Pamphlets in room. Spa took 3 visits for someone to be there to make booking. Food for dinner was below average. Smallest serve of rice I have ever had and the pork sate was dry and the iced tea was tasteless; had to complain and re-order.

Location was great room was clean restaurant breakfasts meals pool music facilities were clean. Great way to see dolphins to enjoy relaxing time instead of a day trip. We went out later in the day and it was quieter less boats and swam with dolphins more privately. Great local boat vendor at the beach at resort.

Local dogs I understand are not responsibility of property but sadly the yelping of one during mating was a little disturbing during dinner . Otherwise they were friendly enough. One actually came over and lay beside my chair first night then happened to be the same one who trotted over to say goodbye when we were leaving the next morning.

+ clean, huge pool, nice place to swim + really big room (premier) with comfortable, soft beds, plenty of place for belongings + beautiful garden + buffet breakfast + helpful and especially friendly staff + peaceful place

+ spotty, stinky, tattered towels + leaking taps and toilet + cleaning of room insufficient: small ants here and there, plenty of grime + rooms need despirately renovation + breakfast could have more variability and more western food like cold cuts, yoghurt, more vegetables and fruit

Nice rooms but nothing flash, need some TLC at least the one I was in. Good wifi and the beds were comfortable Great pool area if that is your thing. On the beach, but very rocky Ladies on the beach give a great massage - don't worry they don't harrass you to have one

My room option was 2 single beds or 1 large bed so I went with 1 large bed. They basically pushed the 2 Double size beds (I woud have left them if I had known they were doubles) together and then attempted to make the bed up using a weird combination of bedding. Didn't really affect anything just thought I shoud let people know. One reason I stayed there was because some mentioned the gym was nice, well it wasn't. Not much there to be honest. Pecdec/Pulldown/Leg extention combo machine that seems to be on it's last legs and a couple small sets of dumbells. The building is nice as it overlooks the water - they could do so much with that room.
