*Great location *Rooms are quiet despite city being alive till 3am *Personell is very friendly, despite arriving late and helpful in bunch of other cases (Whatsapp communication) *Perfect everyday cleaning with towels and sheets replacement Addition Information: *Same room-opening dedicated card is required to power the room (substitutes don't work) - personel without an objection and right away provided additional one to keep PC running while being away for work purposes. *Air conditioning settings are locked so it works only for pre-set temperature with 3 speed operation but seems to be enough (had to lower speed from 3 to 2 overnight) *Breakfasts are Italian style - served by the local bakery - 5 euro - coffee and croissant. I wasn't aware as Eastern European what is "Italian style" breakfast (which is obviously my fault and not gonna blame anyone else ) so it also might be disappointing for other foreign tourists.

Small aftermarket fridge in room doesn't have power to cool things inside.

The shower was a slightly strange setup, but it definitely didn’t take away from the experience and wouldn’t stop me from booking again. Up two flights of stairs, so it might be hard for those with mobility issues.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming B&B! The location was ideal, providing a perfect blend of peacefulness while being just a five-minute walk from the beach. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, making us feel immediately at home. Giovanna, the host, was exceptionally warm and hospitable, going out of her way to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that we had everything we could possibly need. We genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a central, spotless, and conveniently located stay. We will most certainly be returning here on our next visit to Pescara!

The room was beautifully designed and kept clean all the time. The place is in a central location of the town with many amenities just outside. The host is kind and allowed for a later check out upon departure. I stayed for a week and it was a very nice stay. Will be back next time I am in Pescara.

Overall I had a very nice stay. Since I was there for a week it would have been nice to have an actual mini fridge (I have many food limitations so I need to get some of my own food). Nevertheless I managed with the little fridge appliance provided.

So clean and beautifully presented. Very tasteful. Comfy bed, wonderful shower! Kettle and tea bags very welcome to a weary traveller. Beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, train station all within an easy walk. A decent night's sleep too!

The Only thing was one of the restaurants for dinner was pretty awful. I do not recommend the TOCCAFERRO restaurant.

It is situated in a beautiful, vibey area full of bars, restaurants, and quaint shops. The beach is close by. We booked 2 rooms and both were spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host Giovanna is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Maison Fleurie to anyone staying in Pescara.

We loved everything

The room was very nice and newly refurbished. Clean and neat environment. Good location in Pescara city centre and 10 mins from the main station.

Breakfast served in the near coffee shop. Quite poor choice, only one coffee and one pastry, no international options. No lift, uneasy with luggages.

I can really recommend Maison Fleurie. Perfect location, close to beach, restaurants and public transport. A tasteful and clean apartment with full equipment. The most important is that, the landlord is polite and helpful always when you need. If I will have possibilities, I'm going to visit this place again.

The owner was proactive with check in and very responsive. Very clean and fantastic designed rooms. Quite a luxury hotel/boutique feel. The room had all the amenities needed such as soaps, toiletries, hot water pot for tea/coffee.
