We were there with my wife and our little baby, so we could not go to dinner to the restaurant together (one of us had to take care of the baby), but the staff provided us a litlle cart on which I could take dinner and drinks to our room. They were super-nice and always willing to help! The breakfast was amazing, wide variety of food, drinks and sweets, a really fabulous breakfast!

I have no critique. All was perfect.

Very clean, great staff, good food (both at the hotel restaurant and the camping restaurant, but the one in the hotel is better, with more of a fine dining experience) if I come back to Bolzano area I will stay again at Steiner.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillow, it was to big and really uncomfortable the first night but I got used to it

After arrival, we received the Bolzano card from the hotel that includes free travel with public transport to Bolzano city centre. The bus stop is across the street, and takes you in about 30 min to the city centre. Buses go approximately every 30 min. Great breakfast, and there is also diner possibility. Located at a busy street, but with the shutters closed the noice was at a low level. In the room are slippers and towels for usage of the pool. The pool is a great!

Tip top breakfast ! (Alot of choice that even change from one day to another) Clean and confortable rooms. Quiet & pitch black even in mornings (thanks to roller shutters) Clean & spacious bathroom

It is not necessarily well located if you want to walk to Bolzano & it is still at least an hour drive from Lake di Garda Parking on site was available but disrupted three days in a row by some who would double park

Extremely clean room, best I have seen for a long time. Location not so good, on a noisy road. Hard to leave window open at night due to traffic noise early morning.

Be aware that the hotel is situated on quite a busy road. If you have a room at the front side it could be noisy.

It was super clean, and the view from room 307 was amazing. The restaurant is of really good quality. Service is very good.
