Breakfast was a delicious piece of chocolate cake, and lots of little individually wrapped cookies and crispy toast and jam and coffee and tea and blood orange juice. One day there was individual cups if yogurt and mandarin oranges. I liked having my own bathroom, and how my room was decorated with a happy yellow sunflower theme! The staff are all lovely and I felt so welcome here. The location is an eight minute walk away from a really good gelato place, and within walking distance from the train station.

There was a used sign on the wall show the wifi password, but it didn't work. Fortunately the staff were very kind and helped me connect to a different wifi network.

This B&B's location is outstanding, just a short, convenient walk to the Porziuncola/Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the delicious breakfast is the perfect way to start your day. I particularly enjoyed being able to attend morning Mass at 7:00 and then have breakfast at 8:00, which was a huge plus. The B&B is very clean, the staff is welcoming, and the value for money is superb. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Easy walk to Maria dAngeli church and further up train/ bus station through a little subway and McDonald's right across. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Found fruit stall near roundabout too. I'm a solo traveller, streets are well lit. The best part of my stay is the little porch where I can safely have a smoke on a comfy chair surrounded by plants

Breakfast has cereals, yoghurts,biscuits,spreads,coffee machine but I wish they'll provide bread instead of sweet cake . I'm not sure if it's their typical continental breakfast but I think bread is more economical plus preferred

Giuseppe was amazing and suggested many good things. The property is centrally located and closed to La Porziuncola and surrounded by good and affordable places to eat. The property counts with kitchen, in case you feel like cooking. Easy access to public transportation. La colazione was great and sufficient and had plenty of variety.

My host greeted and welcomed me when I arrived. My room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the air temperature and quality great, and the bathroom very clean and roomy. The B&B is in a very convenient, quiet location - easy walking to eating places, train station and even Assisi on the hill which was reached by a very pleasant 4km walk and climb along an even, mostly shaded path. Both Santa Maria degli Angelis and Assisi are very clean, tidy places. The morning coffees were very good.

Two suggestions for an English speaking traveller with some use of the Italian language: Maybe, a little more choice for breakfast eg. croissants and cheese. Maybe some local maps and timetables and suggestions for activities such as eating, hiking ect.

The location is great. Very close to Santa Maria degli Angeli. Close to restaurants, few minutes away from the train station, and the bus stop going to the centre of Assisi. The room is spacious.

My second night, AC wasn't working so it was warm and I couldn't sleep. But overall, it was great.

They are exceptionally clean and welcoming. Mateo was quick to get in touch after booking and speaks English as well. And they provide a variety on the menu for breakfast including fruits.

They could put Alittle more of the shower gel, got finished but I didn’t want to bother them in the night😅

Location was good, but around 3.5 km from Assisi - buses do run from the Basilica in Santa Maria, and close to train station. Coffee machine and free bottled water was great. Breakfast was very good, yoghurt, biscuits, juice, cornflakes and sweet cakes, but would have liked fresh bread and something savoury.

Would have liked something savoury, fresh bread or the option of a croissant instead of cakes every day.

It’s spacious room with breakfast. It’s low season so it’s not too crowded.

Too cold for me in the night. Wake up at 4am because of freezing. Location is kinda of far away from all those holy churches so it costs extra traffic time for take the bus.

I really liked atmosphere of the breakfast. Plus the accommodation is close to train station, pizza place. Easy to find a way to Assisi city centre too.

Outside gate lock, difficulty to unlock it. It took me time to work out how to open it.
