Friendly, Clean, Quiet, Pool very nice, Excellent breakfasts, Efficient

We stayed a week. The Frig access door was broken and had to be fixed. The shower handle was broken so we could not use it. Reported it and they offered to move rooms. It had already been 6 days. The handle literally fell off in my hands. No shower for a week, not so good. No monitoring of pool. We went down to the pool. 15 children in pool unsupervised. Parents outside partying and not watching the kids all under 12 years old. Hot tub taken over by 6 kids, So we couldn't even use it. So much for enjoying a nite at the pool.

The facility was clean, quite and comfortable.

The only thing that could have made my stay better was the curtain in the room doesn't extend the full distance of the window. I work night's and the sunlight entering the room made it difficult to attempt to sleep in but that's the life of night shift employee. It really was a great stay otherwise.

mattresses were so worn out they should have been thrown out years ago. This time 2 queen beds and both were lumpy, dirty, just worn out. We have stayed in your king size bed room several times and enjoyed it but this time they were not available. Breakfast was cold eggs, no meat, orange juice tasted old and rotten, . Was not what I expected from Hampton Inn. I felt like we were in Motel 6.

Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious for our needs, bathroom was also spacious, clean, and great to have a tub and shower.

The room we were in (127) did not have a desk lamp. Also, there was a lot of noise from a truck outside that was running very late at night (between 11pm-1am. We suspect that the person may have been trying to keep the truck warm for some reason as it was below freezing, but the noise disturbed our sleep and the sleep of our other family members in a room down the hall from us.

The rooms were really clean. Great location. We were there for Jeep Jam 2023. I’d love to stay her again. This was our first time to stay at the Muskogee Hampton Inn.

Breakfast was Ok. Most of the time it was kept full and attended. Clean area with plenty of seating. The hot breakfast lacked a little but I’ve had worse.

The location was excellent! We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The facilities were clean & tidy! The other amenities (pool/fitness room) were amazing & we took advantage of both! The beds & pillows were super comfy!

There was great water pressure for my shower, unlike some hotels. Also, the breakfast provided was very tasty!

It was somewhat difficult to find a comfortable temperature for my room.

Convenient to the highway.

The water running through the parking lot. I had to wade through water to get to my car. It wasn’t from rain. I’m not sure if a sprinkler was broken or what but it was annoying.

The breakfast was great. The room and the hotel was clean and beautiful.

I didn't like the sliding bathroom doors. That do not lock. I also didn't like the choice of tile in the pool area. Extremely slippery when wet. Saw so many people almost fall. I being one of them. Dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The size of the room was great and all the staff were very nice and accommodating.

The only downside was the pool and the hot tub. They really could've used a good cleaning! The water in the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom, and the hot tub needed to be drained and cleaned!
