My family and I have been staying at this specific Best Western for years. We love the location, away from downtown but still have all your main necessities and a few restaurants surrounding you. Lots of space for parking and feel safe in the area. Staff is always excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The continental breakfast is always hot and plentiful, clean and spacious. The pool area is always clean, hot tub and slide are always in working order.

My ONLY complaint is that the carpets are outdated and not well cleaned. The carpet area was very sticky on our most recent stay. I also noticed that in the wheelchair accessible shower that the shampoo rack was loose and needed to be adjusted as well as a few other things around the room.

The hotel was great. Staff very helpful. We had to be up and away very early, therefore could not stay for breakfast, however they provided a grab & go bag, very kind of them. The room was spacious and clean. Good bathroom facilities.

This was not the fault of the hotel. But beware we ordered a taxi to catch an early morning train. Unfortunately the taxi did not turn up... I asked the hotel to call another company and we got there by the skin of our teeth. So beware if you need a cab on time. We chose this hotel as it was about the closest to the via rail train station.

Our family was there for a sporting event at the Shaw Centre. The breakfast was good - standard breakfast buffet, eggs, meat item (sausage or bacon), potatoes, waffles, yogurt, granola, coffee, juice, milk, etc. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the daily room service- since covid it has seemed that hotels have moved away from this daily - this hotel still provides daily service. The pool area was clean, and the kids really enjoyed swimming with their teammates. The staff were friendly and helpful - we even had a unprompted phone call to inquire about our room/if we needed anything about an hour after arrival. Also - the hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and the Shaw centre, so hypothetically, you could do an aquatic sports trip without having daily access to your own vehicle. Overall - very satisfied and would stay again.

I would have liked more fruit options at breakfast. Otherwise - no complaints.

Pool and waterside was amazing, my kids had a blast! The beds were unbelievably comfortable. Slept like a baby the whole time we were there ( 1 week) the breakfast was so filling we didn't even have to eat lunch!

The only thing I hated was the shower. They installed a shelf right where the water comes down, I've got a killer bruise on my back and my arm. The shelf should be installed at the backlog the shower Quick move, 5 min and fixed!!

Probably the best hotel bed and pillows I have ever slept on! The room was clean, quiet and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was great as well and the food was freshly stocked both mornings. When we come back again next year we will be staying here! The location was nice between apartments.. you can tell it’s in a “nicer” area.

The bed was the best, so super comfortable. It was the best I'd slept in months. Helpful front desk staff and the room was really clean. The hot tub is amazing and the pool is great for kids.

We like to workout in the morning, and the fitness room was a disappointment. The cable on the cable machine was frayed and sticking. The exercise bike looked like nothing I've ever seen before and not in a good way, the treadmill was covered in dust and there was hair on it, disgusting. The only good piece of equipment in there was the elliptical. There isn't any dumbells either.

The breakfast was OK. It was not kept very warm and the options for breakfast were more limited than anticipated. There was no coffee left and I had to make my own coffee in my room after

The pool was really gross and the water was very cloudy and extremely strong with chlorine. Your eyes burn just entering the location.

Loved everything about this hotel. I was very impressed with everything. First the staff was very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean, bathroom was sparkely clean, bed was very comfortable and pillows. There was also complimentary coffee in the room (kueirg tim Hortons AND macdonals coffee). Pool was a great size for this hotel, waterslide was fast but still good. Water was a little colder, would have been nice to be heated pool but it was still great. Breakfast was really good with lots of options for kids and myself with Celiac ( yugurts , eggs, potatoes and sausage). Overall i was impressed and rate 10/10.

The breakfast is the best we’ve ever had at any hotel! The pool and waterslide was fun and a nice, warm temp! The beds were so comfy and the staff were so helpful and professional!

Our exit/entrance didn’t always accept our key the first time. sometimes you were swiping it 6 times before it would open. The hot tub chlorine was too strong, it made our eyes water almost instantly just being near it.

I had an issue using my canada post prepaid mastercard. The staff was very understanding, but if I hadn't had family with me to use a credit card for the deposit/hold I would have been sleeping in my car. I had oodles of cash but seems that is against policy. I realize the desk staff have no control over this, but it was very frustrating.
