Breakfast was ok, nothing wow!! The river view was fantastic and Mr. Black was very fast to help with the check-in process.

The indoor pool was cold for late night swim. Almost everything in the executive lounge had pork, not everyone eats pork common!!! what happened to chicken, beef, fish and then pork ? Lastly, Please get someone in the SPA area that speaks English .

Right on the banks of the Huangpu River, with spectacular views of the river and the Bund on the other bank. Riverside promenade for walking/jogging/biking. Large, well-appointed room. Good breakfast. Well-equipped gym. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pool was on the small side for a hotel of this size, and full whenever I'd check, so I did not use it. Not close to any metro station (closest is Tang Qiao, 1.5km away), if that is important to you. One minor thing: when you are waiting for an elevator the arrival chime is so soft that it will come and go and you will miss it.

It's a modern hotel near residential area. It's clean and nice but lacking the luxurious vibe of 5 stars hotel. However the room was big and comfortable with large beds and bathtub. They even have few floors catered for families with children where stuffed toys were especially placed along the corridor for children. They have all the amenities for baby and children and staffs were nice and helpful.

The location was not convenient. It's not near any public transportation, you can only hail a cab or uber. There were some foul smell in the shower room.

JW Marriott always meets your expectation. I was visiting the hotel during the Valentines Day and made a special request to decorate the room. They made it very special for my wife. Had Balloons, Towel Swan, Rose and Rose Petals. The hotel also has robots to deliver water bottles and anything you might need. So I would say, just pick up the phone and order few water bottles, a cool thing to experience. The rooms were also spacious and everything in the room was modern and on point. Good view of the river also.

The breakfast area had a queue when we went there. So I would say check with the hotel staff and visit the breakfast restaurant when its less crowded.

We had a pleasant stay here, my partner had a happy pre-celebrate birthday offer for upgrade to a corner room with a big bathtub! We are grateful for this arrangement. Most of the time the executive lounge was fully occupied however, staff in the lounge did their best to service guests. Bring back some orange juice after gym is nice idea~ The Breakfast in the Merchant restaurant with various choice, was crowed but acceptable. We request for the bath salt which delivered by Robot is cute!

The shower door frame could not well prevent the water to flow out, should pay attention not to have the shower head facing the door side.

Room was great. Lovely view. Great in-room amenities like espresso machine or Aromatherapy brand shampoo/conditioner. Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the bar "Le Manoir Ling" and the gentleman working there recommended a nice gin. I would also recommend taking a walk by the river on the other side of the hotel.

The hotel is 15 minutes away walking from the nearest metro station so most of the time taking a taxi is faster to get places.

One of the coolest experiences, i booked transfer from hotel service, wrote wrong airport but right flight number, and Mr. Kim send the car to the right airport, Thank you mr. Kim!!! Also first time in my traveling life i had experience pf check-in in my room, what a great service. Amazing view from the window, bathroom and good breakfast. cool spa zone with swimming pools small and big one and in love with a gym with a great view.

Bathroom doors - not ideal for sensitive sleepers or children when you don’t want to wake them up! The whole wall slides back and forth , beautiful design and architecture, could have the light switch inside the bathroom

Extremely clean, new, beautiful! Super comfortable beds, wonderful service. Very large variety of breakfast options, both European and asian. I think it is the best hotel i have ever stayed in!

We stayed at one of the family suits located on the 27th floor. As soon as the lift door opened, it was like you stepped into a child’s dreamland. The room was beautifully decorated with modern facilities. Service was exceptional, everyone we met there was polite and helpful. My daughter loved JW and already asking when can we go back again.
