Location was excellent because there are many restaurants very close to the hotel. The Metro System is about a 5 minute walk and is very convienent. Breakfast is excellent with many choices and the environment is great. The room was very good. The hotel is old but is in excellent condition. The room was fine. There was a tub/shower combination.

There was a lot of traffic directly in front of the hotel. This was not a problem but you need to watch out for food delivery electric bikes and a lot of taxi traffic. The road is not a main throughway so it's acceptable. The hotel staff will happily make reservation for taxi service.

Breakfast was great and delicious. Threre was many selections most notably Chinese and some Western. Location is great and close to restaurants and shopping malls. The Metro is only about 5 minutes walking distance. Robots cleaned the floors.

There was a lot of traffic on the small street in front of the Hotel but it was not a problem. You just have to be careful crossing the street.

The location is great. The hotel is next to a subway hub served by 4 lines, which go to to key locations like Lujiazui, Nanjing Road, People's Square, Xujiahui, Quiantan, and Pudong & Hongqiao Airports. There are many restaurants right outside the hotel. Shanghai has an extensive subway system. If you intend to rely on the subway, this hotel is a good option. Our room has a great view of Shanghai's skyscrapers.

The rooms are a bit dated. The glass wall has a low window which may not be safe for small children. A lot of stores and services no longer accept cash. Many do not accept Visa or Mastercard. So it is best that you have an AliPay or WePay, which can be coupled to your credit card.

Location of the Hotel is well placed at the city center of Shanghai. Room cleanliness was good. Breakfast has large varieties of options from different juice, tea and coffee. Fruits, salads and desserts were delicious

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. very close to a shopping mall with a good selection of bars and restaurants opposite, the Metro is 5-10 minutes walk away. this was a business trip so not much opportunity to use the hotel facilities other then the restaurant for breakfast which had a good selection. would go back again.

Accommodated early check in no issues straight to the room - easy access 5 min walk from subway - nice clean comfortable room not too noisy at night and was kept clean by the staff each day.

I would like the “check in manager on duty” to be commended for helping me overcome my error to get my room. His ability to overcome my situation in a professional manner will have me staying again at this location in the near future.

The hotel is very clean, well located 8 minutes walking to metro station with line 2,4,6,9. Staff are very attentive.

The swimming pool was not open even the weather in Shanghai is hot.

Very good location of the hotel, next to shopping mall, nearby are many restaurant options etc. Staff is very good, always willing to help you.

Breakfast variety. Not many options for Europeans.
