Robot Delivery: The hotel featured innovative robot delivery services, which allowed for convenient access to both external deliveries via a third-party platform and direct hotel amenities ordered from the front desk. Scenic View: The view from the room was visually pleasing, adding an enjoyable element to the overall experience of the stay.

Breakfast options are the same everyday, would be nice to have some other food selections.

- Main plus point is its location, subway just outside the hotel , easy to move around. Nearby hotel, there are many eateries and shops, including L+ Mall. - Have washing machine to wash clothes. - Hotel provides 4 bottles of drinking water & more can be asked. There is a signage that tap water cannot be consumed.

- Room is stuffy as aircon cannot be turned on . Only know after check-in that hotel switched off all room aircon during winter but during our 4 day stay there , the sun is strong during daytime and room is hot , so window has to be opened. - Odd design to have 1 shower and 1 toilet , each with separate door. Have to come out naked from shower room to the corridor area to change clothes or put body cream after bathing.

Very spacious, modern, and clean. We stayed in a premium room with a king-size bed and loved the amazing window views. Excellent cleaning service. The guest laundry room is a brilliant idea!

We were charged an extremely high deposit of RMB 15,000 (over USD 2,000), which was only released after 8 days. Staff’s English is quite limited, which can lead to misunderstandings.

We showed up very early, hoping to store our luggage so we could go out and explore. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised because we were allowed to check into our room early. The room was very spacious with a fantastic view of Shanghai's skyline. The breakfast was delicious, and worth the price. All of the staff speak very good English.

The hotel is very centrally located and has large, clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The breakfast had a broad and well selected choice of Asian and European dishes. The rooms had a great view of the Shanghai skyline.

Issuing an invoice with company details at checkout could be easier.

The tourist guide for the city tour that was at the reception desk did not have a translation in English.

The location was great. Very clean and a nice place to stay.

Only that the bathroom didn't have a door to seperate from the living space/bedroom which was a bit difficult at times for privacy.

Very good location, access to metro station just in front of the hotel. Good Wi-Fi speed. Very good view of the city from the hotel.
