50 mins walk from the Shanghai Tower. Century link mall across the road. Range of restaurants nearby to suit Western tastes. Good variety at breakfast, very happy with that. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Michael and Eric? at reception. Water available in rooms. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was good.

Room is dated , looked in need of a refurbishment. Additional deposit hold on credit card at check-in. Bar was quiet , food in bar area was average. Some Power Sockets and light switches in room need replacing.

Employees there are very kind, professional, friendly and helpful. We had an package delivery in the evening and the service guys who help on luggage carrying help keep our package very carefully!

Perfect location, plenty of small restaurants and food shops around, mainly for local people. Metro line 2 is 350m away so good place to start sightseeing Shanghai. Good wi-fi connection (free of charge).

Smell at level 6 corridor (not in a room), thin wall to the next room (had impression that someone walks in my room). Be prepared to have additional money blocked on your VISA (room rate + 500RMB per each day of stay applies).

The food and the room was excellent

To be honest, the breakfast had wide variety of foods but very limited or nothing in halal foods except fruits. Room was on the backside of the building, but very quiet and big enough for one person. Location is great, very near to a large mall and metro station and couple of halal restaurants nearby.

Staff spoke very little English even at the reception, this needs to be improved, the room rates are higher than many better hotels in the vicinity, also the deposit they are asking does not make sense because they insist on full payment, upfront for the whole stay.

The room was in a different shape which was bit odd... apart there really isnt much to tell about. Breakfast had a good spread but one issue was language barrier. Very few could communicate in English but that really isnt an issue. The surroundings was amazing with many food joints.. it was raining & the concierge was too good to provide umbrellas whenever we were out.

The cozy experiences at the lobby. The staff were really good and helpful. There was a cafe and I stayed there to do some work and it was a comfortable experience. And the room is good.

It's just that we book for 3 people but booking.com sets the premier room for us which is for 2 people although the website says it's for 3 people. The staff had to move us to the lower grade room, the deluxe room which can add a rollover bed. The room was small in size and wearing out. If you're a muslim maybe it's hard as there is no bidet to wash your "equipment" after.

Good spread for breakfast and vegetarian items were labelled. The room is large and has all the amenities. The location is also very good, near banks for exchange of currency, public transport withing a short walking distance, eating and shopping options across the road.

some of the facilities are a little old although functional. The meals in the Hotel restaurant should have more vegetarian options.

very convenient location, ~3min walk from Century Avenue Station, which is a very good area, very near nanjing rd, tian zifang, etc. (very minimal change in lines and stops) have a lot of food options nearby if you dont feel like travelling far for dinner, as well as a mall which has plenty of food options too. the staff was also really nice and quick to check us in :)

It was convient enough located near the metro but further from the city center. The cleaning staff was super friendly and tried to understand me, I don't speak Chinese very well. The staff at the front desk speak English very well so there was no issue.

You could the hear remodeling. It wasn't that bad.
