Location & facilities. Good coffee machine! Also liked the free bicycle access but didn’t know about it until the last day…front desk staff did not mention it :-(

Front desk staff was below par for cost of rooms. I travel a lot and, aside from Jake who went above and beyond, the rest of the staff was not engaged. While not rude, they just seemed disengaged from the customer. Recommend reminding them, we’re the reason they have a job there.

Proximity to I-70. Crank out windows to enjoy the mountain breeze. Also, Matt at the front desk was quite understanding and accommodating when I asked if we could be moved to a room with a better view (ours was of the dumpsters…). He immediately took me to view another room with a better view and made the key/room swap quickly. He was personable and efficient, and is a great representative for the Inn at Riverwalk.

No actual river view when the trees are fully leafed, but a very short stair walk to the riverside walking trail.

We had a nice stay at this little inn. Staff was very friendly, parking was easy, it was clean and comfortable beds and quiet in the room. Might be the most pet friendly place I’ve stayed, yet still it felt very clean and quiet. Good location for walking pets on river trail to little dog park and also around the little village with shops and restaurants. If you want a big included breakfast stay elsewhere but the coffee is actually good and they do offer some basics, plus a little credit to their store.

My issue is with Booking and not the hotel. I paid up for a room that was supposed to have a river view and a hot tub in it. Our room had neither. It did have a balcony, however it was also a room attached to the elevator shaft, which shook the whole space and was super noisy. The front desk moved us unfortunately only an ADA accessible room was available. Probably not worth my time to contact booking over the extra $40, but just be aware when booking they have some faulty info on this hotel.

Great location and fun atmosphere.

Nothing vegetarian was available for breakfast, or at least that wasn't super spicy. The woman at the front desk was not very friendly on the night we checked in. You could tell she disliked having sports teams staying there, and she made her annoyances clear when I was trying to be friendly to her and saw she was not enjoying her shift.

Great central location in Edwards, beautiful spot! Great breakfast burritos and sandwiches. Loved the coffee and fresh fruit also. Nice to have fridge and microwave in the rooms. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub until 10 PM. The sundries shop was nice ($10 voucher came with our reservation), great to have coupon for discounts at local restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

EVERYTHING!

Housekeeping personnel were very loud. It was a rare morning for my husband and I to sleep in. The volume of conversation definitely woke us. A special prior to arrival request was not addressed. I had to bug the front desk person to remedy, which she did gladly. I felt bad pulling her away from the front desk as she was the only one there last night.

Breakfast was convenient and good ,the 24 hr. coffee bar was excellent and the brand of coffee ( Lavazza ) is great.

Elevator was out of service ,and we need to go out of building and take another entrance than another elevator to get to our room.

The staff gave us a warm greeting and explained the amenities, hours, etc. Exceptionally clean campus and room. Beds and pillows were amazing - very good quality and cozy. The room temperature was nice too. My grandkids loved the pool! We were very happy with the seafood restaurant that was on-site.

Great location and friendly staff. Free premium coffee in lobby and breakfast burrito is a nice touch to a well appointed amenity hotel.

Fitness center is located in a separate building. No dedicated parking space could be an issue during busier months.

Beautiful and convenient

My billing got messed up due to someone linking my information to the wrong room. Once I called to get everything fixed the staff were very nice and fixed it right away.
