The location is incredible - lovely and convenient for all activities in the Beaver Creek area. Great for families. Kids were in adjoining room and a pizza place is on the first floor. Breakfast in the hotel each day was great. A short walk to the most beautiful playground I have ever visited at Creekside Park. We came in early October, the off season, when almost nothing is happening. It was still very beautiful and a lot of fun. The building is older but in good shape - reminded me of Innsbruck, Austria.

Rooms were a little humid and stuffy sometimes. But the windows open so we could adjust it. Coming back late at night, we had issues where our code didn't work in the door. But when we callled the emergency night number, the staff person took care of it.

This hotel is centrally located to shops, restaurants, and things to do. What this hotel lacks (pool, fitness center, outdoor hot tubs) they allow you to use at the next door Park Hyatt. The staff of this hotel was so nice and they often gave us recommendations of places to check out. Our 1 bedroom suite was so large and comfortable. They thought of everything— they had fans, heaters, and humidifiers provided in our room.

Loved the Cozy Vibe and location. We were offered a double-sized room. Super clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The hotel's location is ideal, offering direct access to the center of Beaver Creek Village. The parking facilities were also very convenient. Also, the free laundry facilities were super convenient.

The water pressure in the shower could be better.

Coziness, clean, well maintained and excellent location. Liked the windows that could be opened and the ceiling fan. Lots of hooks to hang things. This room was well stocked with everything, extra towels, tissue, good selection of tea. There were fans, humidifier, two televisions, free laundry facilities, good free breakfast with access to filtered water.

Rooms got very warm, even with heat turned all the way down. Wasn’t a problem since we could open windows. When we checked in I asked about a pool and was told there wasn’t one (even though I thought I had called and was told there was an outdoor one). I later read in the information provided we had access to a nearby hotel’s pool. Wasn’t sure why I was told there wasn’t a pool for use when I checked in?

My room was so lovely, super clean, excellent view, so much room and so thoughtful. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Wonderful options, very fresh and all delicious. I met very nice people and had lovely conversations on top of it all.

It was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location was good.

It is an older hotel, so fairly standard. However, it has been well maintained. It would have been nice to have a pool or hot tub.

Fantastic location central to everything in Beaver Creek. Charming decor inside and out. Comfortable beds with light blocking shutters. Great breakfast and tasty in house pizza restaurant. Extremely helpful front desk people.

Microwave in room and bigger fridge would have been nice

We made a special request for a favorable location given that it was a special trip for our first year of engagement, and my Fiancé's 30th birthday. We were given a corner room on the 4th floor. It was spacious, overlooked the ski rink, and was so quiet, which I REALLY appreciated. Their consideration and accommodation of this request meant the world to us!
