Very clean & spacious hotel, very comfortable beds. Great views, the staff was very friendly, Alessandro de manager was very welcoming & always ready to chat with us,making sure we were happy, made us feel at home, the front desk girls were just as great if not more, very helpful with suggestions of where to go and or what to do. The breakfast on the top floor was really good with a phenomenal view of the sea & town. Delicious capuchino and a great variety of choices. Very happy happy with our stay. Everything was just great! Looking forward to be back! Thanks Alessandro and staff!

We had the most incredible honeymoon staying at this hotel during the off-season. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness and care. Alessandro, the hotel director, personally drove us from Bari in the morning, and upon arrival, we were given an early check-in, a delicious complimentary breakfast, and even an upgrade to a sea view suite with a breathtaking view. To top it off, we were also treated to complimentary access to the spa, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The sea view suite was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and with a view that we’ll never forget. The facilities were beyond our expectations, especially the pool and spa, which were absolute highlights of our stay. Every member of the staff was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. By the end of our 9-night stay, we truly felt like part of the family, yet the level of service always reminded us that we were valued guests. Alessandro and the team made our honeymoon so special, and we’re so grateful for the memories they helped create. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. And as a bonus, Savelletri itself is a charming little town with some of the best food we’ve ever had. It was truly a dream come true!

We loved everything, the only thing that would make this unbelievable and 20 stars out of 10 would be bigger bathrobes as we are quite on the bigger side :). Other than that we were positively surprised every single day.

One of the highlights was the early check-in, which was a welcome surprise after a long journey. The staff went above and beyond by upgrading my room, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a glass of Prosecco, setting a welcoming and sophisticated tone. The hotel itself has a delightful ambiance, with a wonderful aroma that immediately makes you feel at ease. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail in maintaining such high standards was evident and much appreciated. Breakfast at BiancoRiccio was a daily highlight. Served on the rooftop, it offered stunning views to accompany a feast of fresh, locally farmed products from Puglia. The quality and variety of the breakfast options were impressive, making it a great start to the day. The personnel at BiancoRiccio were always friendly and attentive, truly dedicated to ensuring that every guest's needs were met. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable.

If I have to find something that could be an add on would be the charger for electric vehicles

Pool area was amazing, sometimes we had the whole pool to ourselves. Breakfast was very good. Having this on the roof top was amazing. Staff always happy to help and offered cooked eggs, bacon etc and coffees when you sat down as well as the buffet continental. Croissants were lovely. Alexandro and the girls on reception were always happy to help with recommendations of restaurants, beaches, etc Room for 4 people could have been a bit bigger but it was ok.

Air conditioning / electrics were a bit flakey. Cocktail bar on the rooftop was so quiet , such a shame as the most amazing setting but there was no atmosphere.

Breakfast was exceptional, looked forward to it every morning, especially the view from the top floor over the sea. The rooms were large enough, everything was changed regularly and the room kept clean. Hotel is in great proximity to the local restaurants of which there are plenty, Fasano too and the lovely beach clubs at Capitolo. Alessandro and the team were exceptionally helpful and made the stay unforgettable. The swimming pool was lovely too for the kids, steps for little ones to play in and big enough for larger kids, often not busy during the day as everyone at beach clubs. We normally travel around Puglia and like to stay in different hotels but this one works so much better for us than any other we have stayed in over the past ten years, even more expensive supposed higher rated options. We will be returning next year!

I honestly can’t think of anything, now we’re at another place we’re regretting having left!

The position was good, easy to get to all the local sights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but overall the staff made this hotel. They went out of their way to help and make our stay is comfortable as possible.

There was no where in the hotel to get a snack during the day - it would have been fab if the pool bar could do some basic food.

The position overlooking the sea is great. Breakfast room great and the variety of breakfast foods excellent. Car parking perfect. The main product plus is the welcome, courtesy from both Alessandro and Melania, who continued to help, move car, find and book restaurants throughout the stay. They were super friendly and interested. This was not my original destination or choice of hotel , however things changed and I found it by accident on Booking.com but I am extremely pleased to have done so. I will be recommending to my friends who recently stayed at a very expensive beachfront hotel in Torre, which I visited but greatly preferred the informality and quiet 100% efficiency at Bianco Riccio. A perfect end to a wonderful holiday. Many thanks to you all. A la prossima!

My only irritation would be the lack of shelf space in the bathroom. Having to put wash bag and makeup case on the floor ….not ideal. Terrace evening drinks overpriced €30+ for a spritz and a rosato seems excessive compared to other similar hotels i stayed in the region.

We stayed at Bianco Riccio for 6 nights with our family. The level of service we received exceeded all expectations. We arrived late and were greeted by the owner of the hotel himself. They upgraded our room to a magnificent private apartment overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea, and ordered us dinner since we arrived late. I do not have the words to say how pleased we are with our experience here. Amazing location, and equally amazing owner and staff. Absolutely above world class. Thank you so much Alessandro and Milania. We will surely be back to see you again !

The hotel is in a great location with wonderful views from the breakfast room and a choice of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble - Azzurra deserves a special mention. The rooms are spacious and although we were unable to book a sea view room, the rooms at the rear of the hotel have a pleasant view and we actually ended up with a side sea view from our corner balcony.

Any small issues were quickly dealt with by the very efficient and friendly management team.

Amazing stuff, helpful and the manager was very kind and respectful. He made an upgrade for us without extra charges.
