Nice hostel. Great rooftop restaurant with a view
There was no powerpoint next to the bed, it was across the other side of the room, so you couldn’t charge your phone overnight. One, for not wanting to leave it unattended in a shared room, and two, for needing an alarm next to you for the morning. So had to try and charge phone before going to bed jf the powerpoint was free, and then topping up the charge in the morning

Top location with nice views from the room.
The price information is misleading if you can't pay in dollars. They convert the dollar to Bolivian peso price to 8,5 (which is not the offical rate) + 1,05% of you pay by card. My room was initially 116 usd and in the end I had to pay 143 eur so really a bad deal.

Right next to the Witches Market. Sizeable room, with a nice hot shower and comfortable beds.
Breakfast not great Only has 110 US volt outlets Had an planned power outage for a full day, which was not communicated properly. The outage was planned and not the fault of the hotel, but communication about it could have been better. As the rooms are on the expensive side, a discount would have been right, as there was no electricity, wifi, elevator or hot water for the full day. We decided to check out early and get a room elsewhere.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the bed is very cosy. You also have a nice view of the city, depending on where you are. The showers are hot, which we really liked. The breakfast offers everything you need for a good start to the day. The staff are always friendly and very helpful.
The bathroom was a bit cramped and there were not enough towels and especially not enough toilet paper. We stayed 2 nights but unfortunately neither the room nor the toilet was cleaned.

The hostel is in a very central part of La Paz, very clean and with the rooftop having an amazing view of the city. I arrived earlier and since I was leaving before the breakfast time the following morning they offered to give me the breakfast the moment I arrived there. All people were very kind and ready to help, but the free walking tour of Johnny should not be missed! It is well surrounded with the historical highlights and locations, and I would have definitely missed if not following him! He would even do the tour with me alone, which I find amazing(on the way we found one of my former cotravelers and we were two). Amazing stories, thank you so muchhh!

Nice and helpful staff. Nice view from the spacious dormitory room.
Breakfast was nice, but I hope it will be more well organised. Breakfast time (9am) could be a little bit earlier.

Wow! The employees! Cintia, Rosela and another worker which I can't recall his name were absolutely amazing. They have managed to find a lost item that disappear at the external laundry service, they offered me hot water to tea when I came back from the mountains with a headache, they always greetings with a smile. The dormitories are being cleaned every day, hot water all the time, good WiFi, buffet breakfast with fruits and yogurt and eggs and several bread options. The manager is also greeting everyone. The guests are on the mature side, so it's not a young hostel, which is perfect for me. Beds are comfy and sheets are clean. Really awesome hostel.
The only problem is that there is a club under the Hostel. It can be noisy on weekends but it usually ends around 2am. Mid week it's quiet. Best to ask for floor number 6. Another thing is it's pricy but the service i get worth it than other old dated hostels.

This hostal is amazing!!! I was able to do an early check-in, they greeted me like family. They were always very accommodating, the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was also super 👌 The staff welcomed you with open arms and were very nice (reception and cleaning staff as well!). I would definitely come back. Also, it is perfectly located near "el mercado de brujas."

I arrived at 7 am from an overnight bus and they let me do an early check in (40 BOB) but was so nice to get into the room. The beds were comfortable and have full around privacy screens now. The shower was big with hot water. And round the clock front desk was good.
Like other guests I don’t know why they don’t provide hand soap in the bathrooms (it could be a wall dispenser like in public restrooms) but should be provided in group dorms. That’s how people get sick. The breakfast was ok (NO one else upstairs) and besides my one roommate I only saw people check in or out. Didn’t feel like there was ANYONE there. The hills around the location are no joke.

- Central location- right next to the Witch's Market - Spacious Clean Rooms - Complimentary Breakfast - eggs, toast, jam, butter, juice, and coffee - Friendly Staff - Cynthia (at Reception) was very helpful - Nice views from the room and the rooftop restaurant
- Bad Currency Exchange Rate - better to exchange currency outside the hotel - The tours are a bit more expensive than outside the hotel
