This hotel is by far the best I’ve stayed at in Korea. The location was fantastic, and the best part was the ocean view. Waking up to see the beautiful blue sea first thing in the morning was truly amazing. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of Nespresso coffee was unbeatable compared to any other hotel experience. They delivered a breakfast basket to my door in the morning, and it was great. The staff were incredibly friendly, and when I asked about how clean everything was, they mentioned the hotel had been recently redone. If I come back to Jeju, I will definitely stay here again. You should try this hotel—you’ll see what I mean

Room was very nice, quite spacious with home-like vibe, clean and with many nice additions like gramophone and bluetooth speaker. View from the balcony was purely amazing, no matter if it was raining, sun shining or at night! There was also a drawer with sewing kit & crayons for kids. Restroom had all the necessities we needed. We also really liked the privacy feeling offered by this hotel and the attention to details! Location was also nice in non high traffic side alley, very close to good walking pots like nearly island, waterfall etc., highly recommended if you want to take a night stroll. High variety of local restaurants close to the hotel! There is also local parking for the hotel guests, there is room for about 15 cars, but during our stay there was always at least 1 or 2 spots left. Very nice breakfast to quickly start your day. Each day we were served with corn flakes & milk, delicious local tangerine, boiled eggs and daily rotation between kimbap, rice cake with filling or fresh bread. In addition to breakfasts we bought, room has free snacks that the service is refilling everyday! It includes cup noodles, local cookies, jellies, delicious almond milk and multiple water bottles!

Wonderful little gem on Jeju Island. Everything in the room was well thought out from the Harmon Kardon speaker and vinyls to the clothes steamer and stationery. They provide slippers and robes, a daily breakfast basket and daily snacks. The lobby has an ice maker, filtered hot and cold water and a coffee machine. Each room has a kettle and a nespresso machine with coffee pods provided. Cups and saucers for tea, coffee mugs with lids for coffee. Almond milk and other Jeju snacks in the fridge. You can order room service if you're tired or lazy to go out in the heat. They have Molton Brown toiletries and the hairdryer is by the backlit mirror in the bathroom. They also provide bath sponges and a little kit for ladies which includes a hairband. Henry is an absolute gem of a human; warm and friendly and we loved chatting to him when coming and going. The hotel is walking distance to food streets, a waterfall, a harbour, a hiking trail and convenience stores. It was easy to drive to the places we wanted to visit from there and glad we didn't stay closer to the airport. The hotel is about a 45 minute drive from the airport but very well worth the drive. If you happen to be there over the weekend, there's a fireworks and water display that takes place which was stunning to watch from the balcony or you can go down to the harbour and watch it from the bridge.

There's nothing to dislike about the place.

Walking distance to the big market, and also the marina and the waterfall that goes into the ocean. Boxed breakfast each morning was great! Some very unexpected and delightful items in the room: a phonograph with 33rpm records, a hand-cranked pencil sharpener, and a steam closet for clothes that worked great (we might get one!)

Parking was available but with extremely tight spaces. To clarify my rating on cleanliness- the room and lobby were totally fine. The stairwell we used to go up and down (we usually take for the exercise!) was in need of a good mopping for all three days we were there...would have been a quick job for someone. Obviously not a big deal.

I had such a lovely stay at Hotel Yeon. The room had everything I could wish for, lots of nice little touches, yummy snacks, and even a record player. The view of the sea and the bridge was just amazing, especially in the morning while having breakfast. Regarding breakfast, I loved the basket which was filled with a variety of food and drinks. The location was great too – easy to get around on foot, with nice walking and hiking spots nearby, and the bus connections worked perfectly. I really felt at home here and would definitely stay again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Room was spacious and clean with a gorgeous view. The daily provided breakfast was a good way to start the morning. Bed was big enough as well and staff was super friendly. Parking was a bit difficult sometimes but staff helped when needed. Great stay and would definitely stay here again - enough options for food and drinks within walking distance as well.

Can't think of anything :) tight parking spaces were stressful, but easily solved by making my friend park for us, lol.

We stayed 2 nights and would have liked to have stayed longer. The hotel is in a great location. Rooms x01 to x04 face the sea and the bridge. In addition to a fantastic complimentary breakfast basket, the hotel also supplies a lot of goodies and drinks in the fridge, as well as Nespresso in the room. It is so nice in the mornings to sit on the balcony and eat breakfast and drink coffee. The room has a retro looking telephone and turntable with a few classic vinyl LPs. There's also a state-of-the-art steamer/dryer closet for freshening up two or three pieces of clothing. If you need a base to explore the southern part of Jeju Island, I would highly recommend the Hotel Yeon.

There's lots to like about this place! It is conveniently located within walking distance to tasty restaurants, bars, famous market, local shops, and the boat that takes you around the bay. The view from our room/balcony was beautiful, the room and its amenities were confortable and convenient, and we truly appreciated (and enjoyed!!) the breakfast basket every morning sitting outside our door. Water pressure was good and we were pleasantly surprised to have a nice speaker in the room to enjoy music and a glass of wine. Ah! different from other hotels, the mini-fridge was packed with goodies and non-alcoholic drinks that were free. The mini-fridge was replenished daily which was a plus! Customer service was amazing and the staff was quick to provide recommendations and directions when/if needed. Keep in mind that the hotel is located a good hour or so from the airport. This did not bother us but it is something you must consider, especially when making plans for your return flight.

Parking is very limited. Plan ahead. Know that the later you arrive, the likelier you will be to have to go park down the street -specially if you have a bigger car.

I LOVED staying here. I have nothing bad to say. Wished I could have more time and money to stay here longer lol. Very easy to find, close to food options, had parking, the bed and the room were amazing and the view was fantastic.

Front desk closes kinda early so my suggestion would be to get there before doing anything else on the south side and ask about leaving bags so they know you didnt forget about the check in. They gave us a code for the door just in case we got there later so all was well!

The breakfast was excellent. The room view was great. I really enjoyed the small details in the room such as the LP player, the free snacks provided daily, and the cute guest book with stationary to add a message.

Strange that the air conditioning seemed to be turned off in the elevator and stairwell but everywhere else it was on. So getting in the lift or taking the stairs was a very humid experience. And the car park was convenient but a bit tight - some drawn lines on the spots in front of the hotel might help as other people didn't always park correctly.
