Nice spacious room. The bathroom was VERY spacious, with both a shower and a large bathtub. It was clean. All the necessary things were provided. AC and wifi were working well. The staff was polite and helpful. Many restaurants nearby, and convenience stores. The bus stop for the Aiport Limousine 600 is very close. They have good coffee for breakfast. Overall good quality price ratio.

If you like continental breakfast, the breakfast is not ideal... there is a lot of salty food, which I didn't try because I like to eat sweet things for breakfast, but not many sweet things (only industrial bread/toasts, strawberry jam, one type of industrial cereals and some orange juice). And the tables were not clean for breakfast. The view is not amazing... you mostly see the big hotel in front, and only a relatively small portion of the sea.... Also, I couldn’t make the jets inside the bathtub work... maybe it's broken, or maybe I couldn’t find the way to make it work (?). There's no beach where you can swim nearby. Only a port.

Good view, location is close to all the lovely waterfalls and other coastal walks and trails, and some nice small restaurants in the area. Spacious and very clean room. There was a lingering scent of smoke in a strange place in the room, perhaps because a smoker hung their clothes in the closet? The staff disagreed with our sense of smell, (potentially also because of the language barrier). However they heard us out, offered us options, and we noticed the smell was gone the next day of our stay / after they had cleaned the room again. Glad the staff fixed things for us.

Lack of shelving and hanging space in the bathroom. Plenty of room elsewhere though, so worked out.

Good localization, big and tidy room, very nice view and friendly personell. We loved staying in BK Hotel for 7 nights.

Breakfast... the menu was the same everyday, not korean, not continental. There was not enough variety of vegetables and other products. It was the only drawback during our stay.

This hotel was really value for money and family friendly as per other reviews. The room was big enough for a family of 4 with 2 queen beds and came with a huge circular bathtub. It was clean and the hotel was fuss free and easy. We had the hotel breakfast recommended from the other reviews and were pleasantly surprised by how value for money it was. Overall, we had a good experience at the hotel.

There was not that much of parking space so you may need to park at the other designated parking spaces which is a short walk away. The dryer in the coin laundry was out of order so we could not use it.

This was a lovely, convenient hotel that was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a short stay, with a convenience store right below the hotel. A lovely spacious room with comfy beds, air conditioning, and a great view of Jeju.

The only issue was the shower, as the shower head sat at a strange angle and made showering difficult.

We stayed 5 nights and we really had a comfortable stay! It was very very clean, the daily cleaning is very thorough, the room is spacious, the hotel had this "new" feel to it and the staff was helpful with requests. I especially appreciated the bathtub. I seriously recommend this hotel even if the price costs a bit more than the others.

Everything was seriously perfect. Parking is limited on site but the public parking is literally 2 min away.

Very clean and great location. Breakfast was nice too and the staff were very helpful when we wanted to visit attractions in Jeju, they provided bus routes and schedules that would help us.

AC didn’t seem to be working and the room was a bit too hot but didn’t bother us too much.

Location was quite good, with good restaurants nearby, but a bit of a walk to attractions. Room was clean and modern with nice beds and bathroom. Excellent elevators.

View from rooms on the North Side were poor - the wall of the adjoining Hotel. Ask for a south or east facing room. Breakfast was OK, but limited in selection.

Breakfast spread simple but was pretty good and value for money. We stayed for 7 days and we enjoy eating the breakfast every morning. Hotel nearby a lot of food outlets and walking distance to the olle market and cheonjiyeon and jeongbang waterfalls.

Big new and clean room with three beds, one for each of us. Location was great in the center of Seogwipo, a lot of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the waterfalls and to the Olle market.

Everything went very well, even my friend left accidentally a passport to the hotel and the staff helped us quickly with that.
