The room was spacious unlike other hotels. We were in a group of 3 and could find place to put 3 big luggage and 3 cabin bags. we also love the view and the availability of parking right beside the premise.

The shower was in a bathtub with no shower curtain so the bathroom which has the toilet was constantly wet. The sheets were not too comfortable. Perhaps a bit too starched. There were 3 of us but everything in the room was for 2. Towels were handed to us at the reception when we already had so many things to bring up to the room. A bit queer I’d say. And when we had to leave early, there was no one at the reception and no key drop box so we just left the key at the reception counter.

This was one of our best stays in Jeju. Clean, very spacious. We could open all our bags and still had ample space to walk about. The ocean view isn’t really quite as promised but it was good enough for me. The hotel is quiet, even though it’s in a busy location. Easy access to carpark and polite staff. Good eateries at walkable distances. Convenience store right opposite. Will stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pino Hotel. My room was clean and had all toiletries. Convenience store was just across the street. Big plus for having a steaming machine for clothes

-One has to walk up the hill for 10-15min to get to the main part of city or to reach buses - balcony could be cleaner

Location was easy to travel to many places. Walking distance to a nearby market, famous waterfall as well as exploring cute little alleyways. Room was nice and spacious for one person and as expected.

Unfortunately, the ocean/beach view was not quite as depicted in the imaged.

Security is very less , anyone can come and go. The location was not very safe feeling at night.

It had a large freeparking, next to seven eleven. the sea view was great, we could see ships coming into the bay. It was within the walking distance to all of the places of interest in Seogwipo.

Quiet and comfortable. There’s a 7-11 right opposite of this hotel. 10 over parking lots. Warm flooring, aircond included, clean toilet and smart tv too. There’s elevator too!

We stayed on the 10th floor and the view was indeed very nice. The room was spacious enough and clean. The bathroom was good as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. There are some good eateries nearby. But the best thing about the Hotel was the staff. They were courteous, helpful and thoughtful. The price point was very reasonable.
