Lovely hotel with accommodating and gracious staff Room 303 and that area of the hotel was ultra quiet during my 2 night stay - located away from the street and above a quiet alley. Very, very comfortable large bed and pillows. Many reviews mention the comfortable bedding and I was delighted to find the same. Rainfall shower - gentle but great pressure and lots of hot water immediately available. Room and entire building - 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and ambiance. Filtered drinking water bottle refills always available in the lobby restaurant next to the coffee bar. And the restaurant coffee bar makes a great latte. (I didn’t have the breakfast). Big thanks to Mr Moon who met my number 600 airport limousine bus and helped with luggage at stop number 32 across and a very few steps from the hotel along a curve in the street. When you get off the bus, you cannot see the hotel. Walk a few steps forward around the bend and it is on your left. (Airport limousine bus about 6000 Korean won = $6 Canadian - almost door to door service to and from this hotel and runs frequently from before 7 am to around 10pm). Beautifully maintained building, grounds, and parking lot. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests are having a comfortable stay. And big thanks also to the morning and early afternoon receptionist who, like Mr Moon, is very guest focused and pleasant. All staff members I met speak some English. Overall this is an exceptionally well managed hotel where procedures and operations are smoothly carried out and guests get high value for the money spent. This was far and away the best hotel stay I have had in South Korea in comparison with the 6 others during this trip.

I loved the property. I will say that assisted and in-person check-in closes at 10 pm. I’m happy I made it before 10 pm because I would not have enjoyed using the kiosk for the process.

Beautiful location just 1min walking distance from the sea and with a 360 degree view of the city and island from the rooftop terrace. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful with the guests. The hotel helped me arrange a taxi everyday for the whole day for 150.000won, totally worth it as distance on the island are big and many places to visit. I recommend the following places to go: Seogwipo Port Area O'Sulloc Tea Museum Innis Free Yakcheonsa Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff Seongeup Folk Village

This hotel was even nicer than we expected. We had a suite and the room was excellent. The view of the bay through floor-to-ceiling windows was wonderful, especially at sunrise. We really enjoyed the breakfast. While it was heavy on Korean food, there was plenty for those who are more accustomed to a western style breakfast. We had a rental car, and parking was always available in one of the hotel's lots. We liked being in Seogwipo. We especially liked hiking the Olle Trail. Segment 7 and Segment 10 were gorgeous.

One of our favorite hotels, nothing to improve.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to cafes and restaurants, and many attractions. There is a bus stop to the airport two steps away. The room is much more spacious than in other hotels, clean, tidy, the bed is wide and comfortable, two-person tub. View from the window to the sea. There are relaxation areas and a children's pool on the roof. The hotel staff is friendly and understands English.

What a lovely hotel, clean and cozy and with great views from the rooms and the roof. It was a lovely 6 day stay and the staff was kind but not too on your face. You could go about your day without feeling like your every move was watched but when you asked for help they were quick and kind.

It's a little far from everywhere, the center of town is about 1.2km walk from the hotel up a hill, but you can also get a quick bus so not the end of the world.

The hotel and room were clean. The staff members were very nice. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. They have plenty of parking spots nearby as well. And the neighborhood is quiet.

The only downsides were that the pool was very small, hence they called it children’s pool. And there was no laundromat in the hotel.

Room was clean besides some small spots on one bathroom wall. But those were not bothersome and the room felt very fresh. They give you water, tea/coffee and fresh towels every day. Room was quiet and beds very comfy. Location was convenient with bus stop right in front and restaurants around.

Fine Suite was exactly as pictured. Can see the stunning sunrise directly from your bedroom window. Breakfast was great value for money. Good location close to Jeongbang Waterfall & Seogwipo Olle Market.

Rooftop pool was drained/contained no water. The area is neglected (rusty) however still go up for the view

Clean facilities, lovely and helpful staff, clear English communication, reasonable amount of parking, near local restaurants and a 15-minute walk to the night market.

Great location in Sogwipo! Big modern rooms! A little aside from the center (you might need a taxi to get there). Rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. There are enough parking-places arround if you explore the island by car
