Okay, I broke my ankle during my stay and I extended my stay day-by-day because I was waiting to go home. The staff was very accommodating and kept me in the same room, gave me their sympathies and brainstormed with me about where to get crutches. The Korean and English addresses provided, plus the building name, makes it so I could also order food easily to my room. There was an intercom so I could see the delivery once the bell rang but I didn't need to rush to the door with the broken ankle. Apart from the ankle; everything was clean and clear, the amenities provided were wonderful and things like a dryer rack for laundry are a necessity when you also provide a washing machine. The laundry detergent was also provided, which is so convenient, it would be such a waste to buy a whole container of detergent as a traveller staying for a second. There is also a 7/11 RIGHT around the corner, which is convenient for small things. I was happy that of all the places I stayed in South-Korea, THIS is the one where I got stuck with a broken ankle.

The position is very good. Everything is within walking distance: a lot of shopping, bus stations, food open 24h, one convenient store 7/11 and self wash service 24h right below the building. Note that the room also equips with the washing machine, but we can always use the drying service below to make it super fast for laundry. The room looks brand new and smells so good. We choose the W apartment and super happy with the view from front and side windows. We can have direct view from above to the sea and airport, we can enjoy the sunset everyday, which is very nice. Kitchen amenities are enough for simple dishes. The trash can be requested to be picked up the next day. Very convenient. The staff are very helpful to sovle our questions, they even came to the room quickly to check one lamp that we thought it was broken (which was not, just our mistake to think it was). Easy, simple and fast check-in and -out. In general, we definitely will stay here again next time to visit SinJeju.

Ah, it seems that the even- and odd- lift setting is not a happy experience at the rush hour, but I think they already try to optimize and stay with it. And it is not the hotel's fault. Just to be aware that the lift may take a bit longer to wait at the peak hour.

The rooms are clean, spacious enough, well equipped, just very nice. I actually had to extend my stay multiple times due to a medical emergency and the chat help was great. They kept me in the same room even though I extended one night each time, super helpful. I also just like the look and feel of the room. The amenities (face wash, laundry detergent!) made it feel very luxurious.

The towels are *tiny* xD. Also, they will send you a message in Korean with a link to go to their service portal, but booking.com keeps removing the link, which is very annoying because then you need to go through a lot more effort to access their information.

The location is perfect. A few steps from Shilla Duty Free. There is also a 7-11 connected to the building, there are a lot of shops and good restaurants nearby. The facility of the room is great too.

The mobile front desk is not converting to english mode, I need to message them using booking.com to access the trash pick up. There is no refill of water daily too. Also, there is no free room cleaning. I understand it but I hope they will put cleaning materials like a small vacuum or a broom inside the room too.

The place was very nice. Bed was comfortable. You can cook if you want, bathroom was clean and nice and you even have a table to eat. The check in was pretty easy, location convenient as there are lots of restaurants around (we spent most of our time far away from the place as we were visiting museums and historical places)

It would be nice that the owner/management company put in advance car restrictions before you pay. Be booked a Casper that was not allowed to use the parking in the building (main reason for renting was location and parking). So, we have to go to a public parking not far away but little hard where you travel with you mom and you have to carry the bags. If we knew this in advance, we will rent a different car (it was not possible to change latter on when we find out about this)

Location is great, with proximity to food, convenience stores and shopping options. Contains all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

Nothing really stood out as negative, but probably option for drying clothes. Indoor drying may not be the best option. Also, getting into the accomodation is a bit of challenge due to double parking on the streets. Two-way traffic cannot really flow. The previous occupant may have caused the strong kimchi smell from the fridge.

Close to the airport, we took the bus and had to walk about 7-10 minutes from the nearest bus stop. The room (we choose a studio) is clean, well equipped and comfortable. We came in winter (Feb) and the floor is heated. Good location for those looking to be close to airport or be based in Jeju City

The building it was in looks/feels like an office building & there are other accommodation companies operating in the same building. While this does not impact our stay experience, we were a bit surprised. Also, please note that unlike hotel, you’re expected to throw your trash and leave the place clean when you leave. Not an issue for us, maybe a consideration for others.

Instruction to get to the room were clear, it was the first time i was dealing with the 'faceless' check-in but all went ok. I had some problems with getting everything work -but it was due to my inexperience than to inadequacy of the apartment. Very good location, quiet room with mountain view!

i would appreciate to have some parts of the house manual in English? Also some info about the local specifics (for example -the limited use of Google Maps in S. Korea)

I had an issue with checking in because I missed checking my email containing a check-in instruction (room no. & door password etc) beforehand. My bad that I assumed that it was a hotel with a front desk. So I had to call their customer service number and the guy answering me was really kind and attentive resulting in my issue sorted out beautifully. The ground staff appeared soon as he instructed making sure I won't get lost. Beauty. It was first time that I had experienced a reception free accommodation like this, so it took me some time to figure out how it works. I think I'd book a place like this again if I'll ever visit Korea in future. Loved the room and what it has (eg. Fridge, oven, microwave kitchenware, tv with so many local channels and so on). Thanks to what's available and affordable, beautiful Korea indeed.

Nothing really. I am a smoker and my room was on 18th floor, so I had to get out every time I was craving for a stick.

This was a fantastic location for exploring the island. It's close to many bus lines and also in walking distance to a couple of the local island tour company pick up locations. The bed was very comfortable, and it was really the perfect place to get work done in the morning followed by exploring in the afternoon. The check-in process and ease of having a kitchen and in unit laundry was great. Highly recommend!
