The property is welcoming and very attractive with history and stories to tell. Love the bed on wooden platform (tatami style) and also the friendliness of staffs are exceptional. The cafe opposite has very good beverages as well. The location is within 5 mins walking distance to Weekend Market. Right next to 7-11 kombini store is a spot with three washing machines (40B) and dryers(40B). Very convenient. You will enjoy your stay for sure. Also love how the property supports handmade crafts by handicapped craftsmen. The free breakfast is sumptuous too! Vegetarian friendly.

The room has a stuffy smell and if using an air purifier or essential oil burner will surely freshen up the room space a lot. Spare toilet rolls/ papers can be placed in washroom for convenience.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The decor is great. My second room - with the window - fantastic.

There was no real coffee served at breakfast which I really needed and wanted, only sachets of instant coffee, which I dislike and am allergic to. Also the first room I was given had no visible window from the bed, only from the bathroom. I asked to change and the second room was great. There was a balcony at the end of the small corridor to the bathroom, but I chose this hotel because of its great big windows. I get claustrophobic in confined spaces.

The room is very spacious (we live in Tokyo) for us and everything is clean. Friendly staff. Despite the location of the property is more in a residential area, but there is a few food carts and 7-11 nearby, 3min walk. 10~15min walk to Saphan Khwai station and also to one of the biggest night market in Asia. Definitely worth its cost.

We gave it 9/10, but if I needed to mention something we would prefer, the location of the property isnt exactly in a "convenient" neighbourhood, the walk from hotel to station has nothing and area would appear shady, dark alleyways etc, but dont get us wrong, we aint complaining!

Perfect location, just 10- 15 ( with kids) minutes to Chatuchak market. 10 minutes to metro station and bus stop. 7/11 and some local eateries just around the corner. One caffeteria and restaurant right opposite to entrance. Room was big, superclean and with a lot of useful hints( from umbrellas to children books). Breakfast was great, asian and western choices, only one think i have missed was an espresso coffee, but i could get one in caffeteria downstairs. Stuff was very nice and helpfull, we could check in earlier and also left a luggage until our taxi arrived. They helped us also with transportation. Hotel is very family friendly and i strongly recommend it to everyone.

It's a very good choice for 3-star hotel. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean, staff is very cheerful and helpful. There's a big lizard living in the river behind place for smoking, I watched it every morning. :)

Main thing, you can't have your air condition on while you're not in the room (and I suppose fridge as well) - the room card enabling lights is bound to the room key. So when you come from the hot city to your room, it's hot too and you have to wait till it gets cool. Breakfast - late bird gets only breadcrumbs, so don't be late :)

The decorations are tasteful, based on an old daily cartoon in a Thai newspaper. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Lightning is quite good, including natural light from the outside. What I really appreciated was the generous amount of body wash, hand wash, and shampoo. The only downside was the limited options for the breakfast buffet, but it was still good overall. There is a cafe on the premises, open from 7 am to 7 pm. Sadly, the Japanese restaurant has closed.

Great location, close to transports, convenience stores, and a few nice restaurants. Chatuchak market within 5 min walk. Great staff, welcoming and friendly. Spacious room, nice surroundings. Comfortable bedding.

Bathroom layout is not optimal, shower design leaves the floor wet. Seating not comfortable, only 2 wooden stools. Had to move the table to be able to plug in the kettle.

Good location for Krung they Aphiwat and Bang Sue station. Property was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything great for the price which was fantastic value for this quality and location.

Breakfast was the only negative - although there were some Thai dishes, the alternative was just toast and cornflakes and a small amount of fruit. DIY Instant coffee. On our first morning, even though we were first in the restaurant, the fruit looked like it had been out for too long.

The breakfast was lovely. The staff were great too. Room and facilities were great!

Location is OK, but it does take a while to get to the palace, Khao San road and other bits in that area. For the price I expected to be a little closer. I know it shows you on the map, but even then it takes longer than you'd expect! Bangkok traffic is horrible and the public transport network is not fantastic.

The staff were helpful and polite. It’s about 15 mnts walk to chatuchak market.

They only provided one room key card which made the electrecity disconnect while we are outside ( and the AC was disconnected as well ) making the room very hot when we come back. As The AC takes very long time to become cold.
