We stayed in the Studio Premier, and it was nothing short of amazing. The property is perfectly located in the city, offering a true 5-star experience from start to finish. The rooms are incredibly spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delightful, with a great variety to choose from. The overall service and attention to detail truly set this place apart. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the city!

Close proximity to Phrom Phong BTS Station and Em District chain of shopping such as Emporium EmSphere EmQuarters are well within walking distance of less than 10 minutes from SILQ. My first time staying in SILQ was back in June 2023 and 1 year later the facilities are still excellent, friendly faces from the security to concierge and front desk. The room still has the wow factor and the previous wifi compatibility issue with Apple phone have been resolved and now it’s seamless fast connectivity throughout my stay.

I specifically chose this hotel for the facilities and the variety/taste of the buffet breakfast. The facilities being mostly the onsen( hot baths and sauna) of course, but the swimming pool and the gym were great too! They even provided some light snacks, fruits and pastry in the lounge area. During the day, we also had a change to have lunch/dinner at their restaurant and the food was amazing! I especially liked the bread that was provided before our ordered meal, the pasta with beef sausage was extremely tasty as well! Last but not least, the service! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful!

The distance to the bts was quite far and the area there is not very walkable , only good for motorcycling, since taxis get stuck in traffic, but that most of Bangkok downtown so nothing surprising. They do provide shuttle service to bts though, and it’s every 2 hours.

The location is convenient—not too far from the BTS and still quite peaceful. We loved the pool, and the room was spacious. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus, too. The price is reasonable for what you get. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The onsen reservation system isn’t ideal. Part of the appeal is being able to visit the onsen spontaneously after a long day without having to commit to a specific time slot. Still, having an onsen at this hotel is definitely a plus.

good location, very friendly and helpful staff from waiters to reception and house keeping. above average facilities (pool, gym, sauna). The room (executive studio) is spacious, well equipped and has a very comfortable bed.

the breakfast is ok but based on my experience staying at other hotels in BKK, the price for the breakfast is rather high given what is being offered. Other hotels (HYATT REGENCY for instance) offer a much greater variety for less money. Also, i would have hoped there would be a shuttle service to nearby BTS. It's not that far to walk but on rainy or hot days it would be helpful nevertheless.

Located a shortish walk from Sukhumvit Road, the city’s artery, this is a very modern property with staff who go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. Their restaurant, Weaver, can rub shoulders with the very best in the city. Whether breakfast or a la carte dinner. My wife and I checked into our 1 BR suite. Our daughter was checking into a studio suite – and the front desk thoughtfully gave her the room just in front of ours. When we were in our rooms, we could keep them connected using the common passage and a combined exit. This became one big apartment and was rather convenient. Just one instance of the staff being very focused on the felt experience of its guests. Our suite was at the corner of a high floor affording a splendid sweeping view from the front of the hotel to Sukhumvit’s landmarks. The décor is understated and elegant. The best of toiletries in the bathroom, a bathtub that you must languorously sink into (get a bath salt globe from a local store), modern high quality bathroom fittings. Commode with electronic bidet – that will tickle both kids and adults. Their walk-in closet is more than enough for two people with motion sensor lights. Comes with a steam iron and ironing table. Bath robes. Carpet slippers. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove top, exhaust, big two-door fridge with three freezer shelves, crockery, cookware, tableware. The front-loading washing machine will take you all the way through spin drying. Ingeniously designed sliding doors can hide everything here from sight, should you choose to. If you plan on being somewhere near Sukhumvit road, this is the best place to stay. Close enough to the metro and major shopping malls – they have a shuttle every two hours – yet far from the noise. Go for it.

Some staff members are uncomfortable communicating in English. On one occasion, we waited for several minutes in searing heat for the shuttle to pick us up from the designated mall. It didn't arrive even after the bell desk had confirmed sending one.

Stayed for 4 nights in 2 x Exec Studio rooms. The best hotel from our 3 week tour in terms of value and comfort. Huge rooms; entrance hall, kitchen area and washer dryer, emperor size bed, high level mattress and so comfortable. Huge bathroom area, wet room shower, multi function toilet with loads of control settings lol. High ceilings, floor to ceiling windows. Rooms are so quiet and well sound proofed. All like new (I believe the property is around 1 year old). Great location in Sukhumvit 24. Breakfast superb. So much choice of good quality prepared options. Decent pool and gym area. Cocktail bar was very quiet but they certainly know how to make quality ones. All staff very attentive and professional. This will be our go to hotel for future stays in Bangkok. Our niece who we met in Bangkok and has lived there for 10 years will also be recommending this hotel to visitors.

Sauna and plunge pool were so nice. Breakfast was varied, something for everyone. People smoked in the outside breakfast area. Plenty of non-smoking seats inside but it’s nice to be outside first thing so that was a little gross.

Just the smoking thing, I’d suggest not allowing smoking during the breakfast buffet hours - there’s other places to smoke. Other than that no complaints, staff were amazing, gym was nice. Room was excellent. Our room came with a washing machine which was straight forward to use. The gym could do with another two treadmills, there’s only one. It’s very busy first thing but other than that no complaints.
