The hotel is in the center of Berat,on the right is Berat Castle.The room is clean,comfort beds,and also spacious bathroom.The staff is polite,and they ask you if you need something tell us.I ask for boil eggs for breatfast,because for the moment there wasen't,and the waiter gave us eggs,you just need to ask and they will gave to you.Staff will treat you as coustumer should be treated.I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a cossy place.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The reception guy was really nice, good views from the rooftop restaurant, reception helped us to have a parking space when the underground park was full :) Location is perfect and hotel is beautiful

Breakfast was quite good but it could be really much better with little things (warm foods were cold, vegetables looked a little bad)

The location, terrace view and parking solution. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The toilet had a weird odor however was looking clean. Breakfast need to be improved with local ingredients. Might be more attractive if you provide white cheese, local warm bread, some nice local jams and eggs fries with butter (or omelettes).

Spacious, clean and high-ceiling rooms. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Beautiful view over the castle and the old town, great location - every tourist attraction within walking distance. 5-minute walk from town’s restaurants with delicious food. Very good price to quality ratio.

Merely a suggestion: a coffee machine in the room would make our stay truly complete and whole.

Central location and great roof terrace overlooking river. Close to top restaurants - the friendly house and Lorenc - both excellent eating places, Lorenc is run by a couple that make their own wine and there is no menu, just a choice of what they are cooking that day. All of which was amazing. Do not miss it.

We loved our stay at the hotel primarily due to the amazing staff which is why we returned for a second visit before we left Albania The hotel was very clean and comfortable & had great roof top bar & restaurant . There’s a large underground car park which was very useful for us The location is also excellent . Can’t wait to come back

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was really nice, the room was super clean and definitely worth the price. It was super close to the centre with a food market right beside the hotel. Both me and my boyfriend enjoyed. I would definitely come back and recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very spacious room in the best location.

Kettle and 2 cups, but surprisingly, no coffee or tea in the room. After enquiring about this, we were told that we could buy teabags across the road!! A small suggestion to the hotel... ditch the free slippers as I'm certain a teabag would be more appreciated😊

The room we booked was very spacious and cozy. It is a modern hotel in very central location. From windows u have a look at old city. Breakfast was good. Parking underground is free during your stay.

Everything was fine

Close to all the attractions. There's a supermarket at the ground floor. Right at the confluence of the old town and the new town, so you can access both worlds. The parking is at the basement level so no issues with the sun or heat. Large rooms.
