Great design. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Quiet and comfortable at night with no loud music compared to some other hotels in town. Modern and relaxing for a night sleep.

Reception is almost always unattended. Didn’t like the way my passport was handled just sitting on the desk all night. Breakfast because wasn’t included was refused to be served to us. We were told there is no cooks.

A great option for accommodation in Mestia. A European-class hotel with a beautiful design and very attentive staff who surrounded us with care and kindness. Comfortable spacious rooms, good Wi-Fi, nice breakfast. The restaurant at the hotel is one of the best in Mestia, so we often chose it for lunch and dinner.

It’s a beautiful location with very kind, helpful staff. The restaurant has excellent food and a view on the river.
