The place is in the middle of center, like 30 sec to to center, but also the place has it's own space and yard. We did not have a car, but there is a big yard near house (with gates) so it looks like a good place to park car if you have one. Also there were a kettle to make some hot water and also some tea and instant coffee were left also. For those who like starting morning with good coffee and breakfast there is very close (like 15 sec) best of Mestia coffee house with breakfast menu.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. What I loved most was the double bed in room 1 . The sheets were soft and lovely to sleep in.

It is noisy with squeaky doors and people walking up and down but that’s easily sorted with air plugs

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was large and clean, and the host was friendly and always ready to share helpful tips. The location is excellent — only a 5-minute walk from the station, which made getting around very convenient.

Place in the very center of Mestia near Seti square. The room was clean and the host is very nice and he let us keep the bags when we went on the trek to Ushguli.

No AC and no window nets so it was either sleep hot or sleep with mosquitos

Located right in the center of Mestia, great value for its price, the room was very spacious, clean, and well-kept.

The lack of reception is misleading. I tried contacting the property via the phone when we arrived, and the phone number was out of service. Eventually, a receptionist came to us himself but it doesn’t feel right.

We stayed one night here on our bike packing trip, everything was in order. The location is pretty prime right on the main square and there was a cafe right in front of the accomodation which opens early and has excellent cappuccinos.

The location was excellent. It's right next to a good coffee shop and cafe and in the central part of the village.

They should check that the toilet paper has not run out and that there is soap, especially if you are staying more than a few days.

Very new and clean place. Room was modern and comfortable. The hotels was very well located in the centre square, but it was quite. Great place to stay. Coffee and tea in the room was a nice touch.

Hot water tank was in the room, so we staggered our showers so we wouldn't run out of hot.
