This was a wonderful place to stay whilst walking the Camino. The hotel is beautiful with stunning decor. My room was fabulous - so very confortable and luxurious. Margarita, who owns the hotel, takes such a pride in the beautiful building. The attention to detail everywhere is very clear. I enjoyed breakfast and the home-cooked dinner in the restaurant with the fantastic views as well as a glass of wine on the terrace. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a touch of luxury.

I loved everything!

A little bit of luxury on the Camino. Beautifully renovated. The host was wonderful and welcoming. Wish I could have stayed there longer - it was nice to have the space and the outlook from the room and the common areas. This little gem is not open all year so if it is open - grab it while you can. You won’t regret it!

It was perfect.

This property was centrally located right on the Camino. The room and the service were next level. The personal tour of the cave by Santiago was extraordinary. The room has been restored lovingly by the owner with all the mod-cons while maintaining the history to balance the modern and the original walls of the building. The bed was sooo comfortable and the breakfast prepared by Margherita was Devine. Really enjoyed the luxury on my Camino. Grasias Buen Camino

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property

I booked my room on a very short notice. At the hotel I have been greeted by Magerita (hope to spell it right) who shows the wonderfully restored building from the 19th century to me. Simply everything there is nice, tasteful and feels at the right place. The room I had was pretty large, the bathroom new and clean. And as the cherry on top Margerita served me a wonderful and very individual breakfast the next morning. After waking me with the smell of fresh toast. This Hotel for sure is a gem well hidden. And I have no idea what a place could possible do to make me feel more welcome.

The building was beautifully restored, and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. And the room had a window. The owner/manager was polite and pleasant.

The Plaza Mayor had significant repairs happening and it was difficult to find Cost of laundry was high at 20 euros. The going rate is much less than this. I had booked knowing the price and expected a high end stay.

Charming hosts offered a delightfully warm welcome to this beautiful hotel. My room was the perfect combination of old stone and modern amenities. It was sparkling clean and so cozy. I enjoyed the lovely breakfast, served with a smile. Definitely recommended as a must-stay along the Camino!

Beautiful property, absolutely a jewel. We loved everything about it, the host was so kind and attentive. Our room was very spacious and with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. One of the best posadas we have ever seen and been to. Highly recommended.

Excellent location on the Camino trail. The staff Margarita and Alberto are very helpful. Our room was beautiful with a balcony. The bed and linens are very comfortable, the bathroom is modern. Highly recommend this historic hotel.

Awesome room best since I left Pamplona. Beautiful view. The inn keeper/hostess made stay perfect. I originally had (1) night reservation and it was so nice I extended a second night. The hostess was most accommodating. I will return for sure.
