The quality and variety of the food was lovely- so much choice and all fresh, the staff around the resort/restaurants are lovely in particular Mehmet was so friendly and kind. The views and location is excellent and we never had issues with the Wifi. The cocktails are nice even with local alcohol and the night entertainment is great- Bobby was a lovely fun guy. There are things to do on the resort such as water sports/archery/tennis/basketball but I didn't use them but there's a lot of options! Overall, a great lovely relaxing break and I would return again !

Just very little things- Check in wasn't very welcoming after a long flight, not quite 5 star but this may be due to language barrier? There is no iron that can be used and you have to use laundry service which is quite odd for a 5 star, there should be some to borrow or in each room? Some of the parasols and sun loungers at the zest beach and beach are very worn out/old- they are in need of updating. The sauna is listed as no additional charge on booking.com but when we arrived at the spa was unexpectedly told there was a charge for this but this is not the hotels fault- booking.com need to update this

There is simply no hospitality to match the Turkish one! Everyone tries to work around you in-noticeable to make your holiday memorable. Reception staff, Melis, İrem, Bedirhan, Gökhan help with whatever question you might have, always smiling and happy to be at hand. Boys and girls cleaning the property, making it a pleasure to be in, from handing the towels, handling drinks and food, entertaining you, you are impeccable well looked after! Thank you to the kitchen staff for making the most delicious meals (Faruk thank you for looking well after us), (Ibrahim, thank you for most delicious Turkish pastries), waiting staff (Kerem, Müge, Zeliha, Harun, İsmail, Kemal, Ali)! Most of all thank you to Mehmet, Ömer, Abdullah for looking after us, making us happy, laughing together, you are all priceless! Thank you Yusuf and Adnan for creating such an incredible team of of amazing people! Thank you Serkan and your team for amazing adventures, for showing us the best beaches in Marmaris region! I thought the food options were a bit limited

The location is perfect for quiet vacation.The facilities and rooms are clean,the pools and beach have good hygiene and maintenance.The staff is exceptional and the food is tasty with good variety.

One tiny problem that i stumbled on was that the room only has electricity when the card is inserted and there is someone in the room, that's why the air conditioner doesn't work unless you left the card in the room and sometimes you come home to a very hot room and you have to wait for the air conditioner to cool down. You can't even leave your phone to chargewhen youre out of the room. The problem is that they only give one card for a given room even when there are two guests and you have to coordinate who goes out when so that no one gets locked out. Otherwise everything else works perfectly and I had very good time.

The thesis was overall aesthetically pleasing and functional. Its location within a green, forested area was quite charming. Moreover, the staff members responsible for the reception and guest interactions were notably polite and accommodating.

In the main restaurant, plates and glasses were found to be unclean. While the menu offerings in the restaurant were diverse, the quality of the ingredients used left much to be desired, making it difficult to enjoy the meals, especially items such as sausage, salami, and meat. The rooms lacked basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, and toothpaste, and they appeared rather outdated. The quality of products such as coffee and powdered milk in both the rooms and restaurants was notably subpar.

Grounds are excellent. Hotel is in the national park, and combination of pine trees and their aroma in hot summer is something to charge your senses quite a bit. Facilities are good, well maintained and everything was very clean. For five stars hotel they will need some upgrades in future but they are in good condition at the moment.

Food was locally oriented, good, fresh and there was a lot of choices but no attention was paid to presentation (all same, at same place, all the time). For summer vacation at the coast my preference would be the sea food but that was rare and definitely not something you will remember from this hotel.

Amazing environment! All the rooms has balconies that look beautiful nature or sea. Perfect place to go for a walk even outside of the hotel is nice for that. Both beach very nice and there are some options for water sports. All staff were very kind, very friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to Nuri Bey, Mehmet Bey, Mahsun Bey at the restaurant and housekeeper Dudu Hanim and all receptionists. They were always kind and very helpful. Every night there are different kind of music entertainment. Perfect location and time range for them 21:30-23:30. All shows were fun, worth to join! Especially live bands. Thank you!

A waiter work for Snackbar restaurant nearby Zestbar only nice to nonturkish people. It was hard to arrange warm water for shower and not enough pressure

the location was perfect, in the middle of nature and with a lot of possibilities to relax or do some activities. we especially enjoyed the water sports. staff was amazing and really wanted their customers to be happy.

i found it sad that i only knew about some activities (such as archery, dart) ar the end of our holiday. i would have definitely tried it if i knew it earlier.

We love the setting and atmosphere at this hotel, it's not just a holiday machine like many large 5* hotels. There are many sunbeds in excellent spots, so no stress... you can always find a great place any time of the day. The food is delicious...water sports are very affordable so I don't think even twice when I feel the urge to do something new or just a second turn. In addition, the staff deserves a special mention, they are of course very friendly and helpful as one could expect..but listen to this...I'm allergic to eggs and they baked me a special birthday cake that I could eat, can you imagine that...incredible! The cakes I've eaten in my life are very few...the ones my mom baked for me when I was a child...our wedding cake and now here. In regards to allergies.. upon our arrival, the guest relations staff sent my details to everyone in the kitchen and I could fully enjoy the rich variety of food on offer without any worries. All in all, we highly recommend staying at Marmaris Bay Resort and will come back again for sure!

Nothing really, we love the place!

Food was very good as we're the drinks waiters in the restaurant. Watersports centre excellent and very safe. The relax pool is heaven.

Lots of walking to the rooms and our shower flooded every time we used it. Could do with more variety in the evening entertainment
