Location near the old town. Friendly staff.

On the morning of our (family 2+1) arrival recepcion staff contacted me to say there was a "mistake" in their system and they overbooked, so they offered to change the large suite we reserved (and payed for in advance) to a smaller (ofcourse also cheaper) room with auxiliary bed in the same hotel or in another hotel they owned, or 2 smaller rooms. We ended up choosing their other hotel (PrincesSophie), which was ok, though the breakfast could be improved. I couldn't help but wonder if it was really a mistake in the system or they had someone ask for the large suite for multiple nights in same period, or higher price...

The lady on arrival was so helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and a coffee machine in the room is perfect. Great location close to the historic centre.

Nothing really, but it's a shame they don't have parking in the street by the hotel for easier loading and unloading however free parking in a locked area in the next street is also better than paying.

the hotel we booked was not avialble so we have been moved to another one beloging to same owner (hotel PricessSophia), still very close to the old town of Sighisoara, so we were able to visit visit the town on foot. The breakfast was very good with variety of products, personnel firendly, a lot of parking places available, rooms comfortable

the room window was exactly near the garden and the coridor leading to other rooms and restaurant, so if curatains were not down, everyone could see everything in our room.

There is no shampoo in the room, you have to look for the password for the Internet, the reception do not know how to answer, the matter of parking is not clear, you do not know whether you are going to get a parking fine or not, there is no elevator, the floor of the second floor is wooden and noisy

parking was across the street in a locked yard... had to get the key, take the car out, and return the key... a little hastle

The floor of the above room is squeaking as somebody walks. Very annoying during the night.

Good communication with the staff, welcoming, clean rooms, good parking.

The floor above was making wood squeaking noise. Every time someone was walking in his room, the floor was making a squeaking noise. Very unpleasant if you try to sleep.

The room was very clean and exactly as in pictures. The bed was comfortable. For warmer days, you could go on the rufftop terrace, which was also very nice. Also, not to mention that this location is 3 mins away from the town centre.The staff are super helpful and friendly 😊 . Thank you!!

lovely clean and cozy room and friendly staff in the middle of the city close to the main attractions. they have also a nice terrace where you can spend some time

you need to be careful there are loads of stairs if you have problems with that you may choose something else

The hotel owner was one of the loveliest people we had the fortune to meet around Romania. Truly a lovely person and we were very surprised that she spoke spanish! She made the stay truly wonderful
