I was pleasantly surprised with a last minute reservation and the readiness of the staff to meet my needs and have my room available. The front desk manager at the time of my check-in was extremely helpful and friendly.

This is more of a suggestion than anything bad. The TV was hard to use from a channel list and ease of navigation.

Property was overall maintained, breakfast was ample, extra pillow and blanket in the closet was a nice extra.

I didn’t care for the $25 “just in case you walk off with the towels” charge. The desk clerk said it would be reimbursed, but I felt the charge was off-putting and one-sided. Where is my ability to charge Hampton Inn for things that were not up to my specifications? Like the “caution” signs and fan blowing in the hall from an apparent spill? Or the fact that the front desk didn’t have quarters for the laundry? Or how the paint on the shower ceiling was chipped? I paid $175 for my room and I’m not a towel stealer.

Our window view wasn't very impressive; it was mostly the roof of the 2nd story, but it was fine for one night

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was really nice, breakfast was good with lots of selections.

Only thing I would recommend is adding extra pillows to room, since they are a little soft . And I’m not sure if the curtains close but we couldn’t figure out how to close them .

The pool was horribly nasty. It was green and had stuff (food and trash floating in it)And for that we'll stay somewhere else when we come back in a couple weeks. And if were gonna spend $1100.00 to stay somewhere the pool is gonna have to be kelp right.

I didn’t have breakfast but the coffee was really good!

The hallway was smelly and the ice maker was out of order.

The location was great for me. It was close to everything I could need or want. The room was big and comfortable and mostly quiet. The doors are very loud when they close.

At first glance my room was clean until I spent a little more time in it. The walls in the bathroom, especially close to the toilet, need to be wiped down and the shower curtain was torn up close to the shower rod. Also, there was no daily service to the room. The grounds outside looked unkept. Not what I expected from a Hilton facility.

Our king suite was fabulous!! So much room and so comfortable. It was like being at home. It was stocked with everything we needed and more!
