Very nice family hotel. Simple but very clean and good breakfast. As well WiFi is perfect. Also there is a good restaurant from the other side of the building.

Noise insulation is really poor. It was possible to hear how a person in an other room is snoring...

Recetion closes at 8:00 pm. No pssibility to drink something in the morniing without paying for a kettle or taking breakfast for 11 euros .

the location, proximity to metro station just around the corner 100m and city center 1,6km easy walk, cleanness, polite staff for my stay and needs well suited

the single bed room was a bit small, during my stay some construction was going on across the street I would classified it as minor inconvenience and the hotel staff couldn’t do anything about it anyway

Quiet hotel, next to an excellent restaurant. The U station is just a few steps away. Many free parking places at and around the hotel. The breakfast was one of the better ones I had in the past few years.

Good breakfast, a lot to chose from. The cleaning of the room was excellent. Comfy bed and pillows. The water pressure in the shower was superb.

The breakfast was a bit on the expansive side.

The hotel is located in a quiet area a bit fare away from the downtown but very close to my business trip destination. The room was clean and had a big balcony facing the garden.

good connection via U-Bahn (150m by foot) to Hamburg

We waited 10 minutes for someone at reception to check out at 9 am, no staff was there and no fast check out box either. Check in after 8 pm was done very well by phone call/key box!

Lovely location, fairly close to motorway. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast. Great for day trips to Hamburg.

As we were arriving late (long journey) and the reception closes at 8pm, I would have liked to be emailed the details of how to get into the our room. Instead I had to call twice and make notes. Perhaps a system could be put in place for late arriving clients? Also, the room was very hot (amidst summer heatwave) - fan would have been helpful.

Very close to the trainstation and only 45minutes to the tradeshow in Hamburg. Breakfast could have inlduded some more hot food like bacon. Room was very clean and good sized. Nice with watertap (sparkling) in lobby.
