- Location was perfect: close to airport, next to Kuta and great starting point if you wish to explore the island on every direction. - Staff was very helpful and sweet: helped to rent a scooter, book surfing lessons, book taxi transfer to the airport and arranged breakfast before official breakfast time so we can check out earlier. - Very peaceful overall vibe on the resort: many jungle noises and no sound of neighbours. - Perfect for short term stay: 1-3 days.

- More amenities: room had no table lights, very limited place to put your clothes, no small fridge to put drinks or food. - Bathroom concept: it was nice from the visual look but very unpractical from the usage perspective, it was on the first floor where you had to take very steep stairs. Theres an open roof in the bathroom so it rains on you when you are sitting on the toilet or taking a shower. Also after rain floor is wet and covered with leafs and branches, however housekeepers cleans them every day.

The gardens, monkeys, birds, geckos, all the nature around. The drapes on the bed protecting from mosquitoes. The breakfast eggs and fruit. The pool. Location. We got a one night refund, with 4 days notice, as we had to checkout early. They organised airport transfers for 200k each way and scooters for 100k a day.

We could feel the spring on the bed- a mattress topper would be nice. The open bathroom is okay, but a cover over the toilet so it doesn’t get wet with rain and over shower would be nice. Could also add a minifridge to keep cold drinks :)

We really enjoyed staying at majango bungalows. It's a beautiful place because one feels like in the middle of the jungle. Also, we enjoyed observing the monkeys in the morning. We even extended our stay for one more night to 3 nights in total. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and we could rent a scooter including helmet right away. With a scooter it's perfect to discover the different beaches and it's a short way to kuta to get dinner. Our favorite beach was Tanjung Aan, white soft sand and not too busy when we were there. We highly recommend it!

Had a truly terrific time at Majango! The property is stunning, immersed in a green oasis of tranquillity. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff is lovely and very helpful. WiFi works well across the property, I could work from here with no issues. Breakfast came included for us and it was a big big plus. Delicious and abundant! It’s possible to rent a scooter on the spot (current pricing 80k per day). The property is about 5 minutes distance from the heart of Kuta. The nearest warung is just down the road in case you feel like staying in. Overall, amazing stay. Will be back!

The staff is really kind and helpfull. They have a pool and also with many bungalows feels like a little village. There is a family vibe with the guests and the bungalows are cleaned everyday. I had the bungalow with the AC and it was great. I also used it to work and have videocalls and the wifi was really good and stable. Again the staff is the most friendliest and helpfull people i’ve ever met. One big family is working and maintaining the location. They prepare the sweet and delicious breakfast which is also really nice!

The surfing lesson arranged through the owner was a disappointment. The surfing location is great but the instructors were not supporting well. They were mainly busy surfing on their own. My advice for beginners is to find a good surfing school on Selong Belanak beach. I had the bungalow with ac and that is great. Although the rooms are cleaned everyday you might find some nature bugs in the open air shower and toilet as that is inevitable within the nature.

Majango Bungalows offers a serene retreat with friendly and helpful staff, creating a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway - the place is very quiet, with occasional guests (as monkeys, cats or cows:) ). The breakfast was very delicious. Besides, the location is very convenient as it is near the Kuta centre (10min with the scooter)

While Majango Bungalows has a calm vibe, there were some issues. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, causing inconvenience. The shower and toilet weren't great, especially on rainy days when only half of them was covered, making it unpleasant and uncomfortable to use. The place has nice pool, but also it would be nice to use the space besides for sunbeds (those were dirty and under the roof). Despite those cons, I would recommend Majang Bungalows

The location is perfect, because it’s just outside the busy center. You feel like you’re in an oase of peice and silence, in the middle of the jungle. Monkeys visit your bungalow and when your swimming in the pool, you can watch them climbing the trees. The bungalows are amazing, you have your own patio downstairs, outside bathroom and upstairs the bedroom with AC. All the staf is amazingly helpful and friendly and they make the best food!! You can also rent a scooter at the hotel, wich is very convenient. They also help you with local tours, the tetebatu tour was the best, definitely do it. This was one of the best stays I ever had.

Beautiful property in the middle of the jungle! Very silent the only thing you can hear is the sounds of the animals. For sure you need a scooter to reach Kuta. The staff was super friendly. Our mattress was very uncomfortable, we told the staff and they bought a new one. Absolutely amazing service. Breakfast was super yummy (especially the pancakes).

The only „negative“ thing was the wifi. It wasn‘t very strong. For sure enough to use instagram/whatsapp etc. but for work it wasnt fast enough (uploads/ downloads and calls). Kuta has enough cafes with strong wifi where you can work!

Really quiet and lovely jungle surroundings. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff were so lovely and helpful. It’s nice being away from the town and it is only a 5-10 min ride on a scooter so really convenient.

If you don’t ride a scooter it is very difficult to get into the town and to surrounding areas and there is not anything around the hotel walking distance. There is not taxi service so you can only use private cars which is very expensive. Lunch and dinner menu is very limited but from what we had off it, it was so tasty. Pool was a little dirty.
