It was a wonderful stay! If you want peace, fresh air, a great pool and have the view of the city of Assisi in front of your eyes, this is the place to come. The distances to everything you want to visit (Perugia, Spoletto, Spello, Trevi, Assisi, Bevagna, Gubbio, Orvietto etc) are not at all great. With a rented car you can travel very easily, and in the evening you can retreat to a quiet location, away from the tourist hustle and bustle of these towns. Sylvana and Gianni are wonderful hosts! And on their property you really feel like you are "charging your batteries"! We will definitely come back!

We loved the room, it was clean, cozy and with all the facilities we needed (a small kitchen with fridge, coffee machine etc). The breakfast was amazing, fresh bread and croissants were hanging on the door when you woke up. The rest of the breakfast was already provided in the room and in the fridge. Aircon was good, the terrace in front of the room was the perfect place to have a drink before dinner. The entire park felt a bit like a small holiday park. Ideal for families and very close to Assisi and Spello.

We felt it was extremely busy on the weekends, especially with locals from the area. Difficult to find a parking spot, no sunbed available at the pool. Another minor point is that we missed some information upon check-in. We only got the key of the room and the opening hours of the pool. But we weren’t told anything about the pool bar, laundry services (optional according to the facilities list on Booking) or the fact that we had to wear a swimming cap in the pool. That would be useful and in their favour as well.

Location is excellent. Very quiet area. Breakfast is both sweet and savoury- bread and croissants are left at your apartment door every morning. Other items are available in the fridge on your first day. Amount is more than enough but would be great if you get a choice ( eg. what kind of fruit juice or yoghurt you'd prefer rather than have a lot of various flavours that especially children may not like.) The pool area is lovely & well-maintained with a good pool bar. The pool is also open to the public (not just Casale guests) and gets very busy at the weekend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming agriturismo in Umbria. Nestled in beautiful natural surroundings, this retreat exudes a sense of peace and comfort. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were comfortable.. While the breakfast wasn’t overly abundant, it was still delightful, with fresh rolls and croissants served every morning. We stayed here as two couples and had a wonderful time. The house has two toilets and one shower, which was perfectly convenient for all of us. The kitchen, while small, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The warm and cozy atmosphere, along with the attentive staff and thoughtful details, made this agriturismo a perfect place to relax. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy the beauty of Umbria in great company!

The best view of Assisi from the pool. Very clean, beautifull garden. Very nice staff, they really try to do everything to make you feel good.

Breakfast is not really breakfast, you can find it in the fridge for all days, but it's nice that every morning you find fresh buns and croissants hanging on the doorknob. The pool is somewhat public, people come from outside as well, it can be quite crowded, but you can find sunbeds and it doesn't disturb the rooms. In fact, we didn't even realize that there were many people at the pool, being very quiet at the terrace of the room.

A lovely clean well maintained pool with plenty of space to relax without being crowded and on top of others. There was also a good bar / snack shack with plenty of outdoor seating by the pool area. The accommodations had good air conditioning and breakfast of fresh breads and pastries delivered to the door every morning.

Very close to railway line and main road. Not quite as middle of nowhere as we thought it was going to be but still a lovely place for us as a short break before moving on to another property

This place is a magic tranquility zone, with such beautiful garden - flowers blooming everywhere, views to medieaval Assisi, cosy living area. Breakfast - wow, did the personnel even sleep during the night?? So many cakes!!! Very good coffee! The area is big enough to get privacy, but not too big, My small dog loved running around and it felt safe to let her do that!

I think it is not that easy to get there if You do not have a car, but worth the while! Sadly it was not pool season when we were there, would have loved spending time there!

Beautiful place. Clean and well kept. Enormous spotless clean pool. Safe parking. Lovely breakfast with fresh bread and croissants brought to your door early morning. Very welcoming hosts. We will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful & peaceful property surrounded by beautiful gardens & most amazing view of Assisi from the gorgeous pool area. It was close enough to bus & train if needed. Loved the breakfast bag of bread & pastries each morning & fridge stocked to the brim. A special mention to Silvana who was a beautiful soul & went above & beyond to look out for me as I was on my own. Even showing me route to the station on my first day.

The location! Near Assisi...with a great pool, perfect for hot summer days. You can see Assisi from the pool. The staff is very nice. For breakfast, they leave by the door, early in the morning, fresh bread and croissants. In the fridge there's milk, yogurts, cheese, salami, juice. There's a coffee machine. A table outside. A/c in the downstairs bedroom and upstairs, in the kids room. We loved our stay!
