Perfect for family !! wide room and apartment equipped literally with everything, include for free : nice swimming pool, Turkish Hamam, Sauna, steam, Gym, billiard table, play station.

Perkiest could be better, if they focus on quality not only quantity. eg. 6 type of greens but not really fresh, coffee not tasty. withe small gesture and more care it will be Perfect.

Although repairs were being undertaken staf were poilte professional and helpful the helped locate a local place for a traditional breakfast which the themselves use the call them to say friends/guests are coming to treat them as faimly as there was no breakfast to to upgrading of hotel as it was December and slow part of season there were still a reasonable number of guests tea coffee were available and were complementary very satisfied overall will return again

My booking was in include breakfast But unfurtintly the breakfast was in other hotel That’s mean we must take Taxi to take breakfast For me I didn’t take my breakfast Also there was construction in the site booking .com Wasn’t tell about that Any way the room good reception was very good Nothing else

The hotel is new, well built, and in good condition. There are plenty of comfortable common areas to sit and meet. There is a pool and hammam on site. The room was great. We've been upgraded to a room, as ours had ac issue. The room we got was impeccable. The beds comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, and ac worked super well, and the shower powerful and hot. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in Turkey. The staff were incredible and always tried everything to help.

The location is a little dead. We knew it was out of the centre, but the nearest restaurants and cafés are at least 6 to 8 minutes walk away...

We stayed in Family Suite. It was spacious. Living room was very comfortable, main bedoom as well. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good, the sport facilities seemed nice (we did not use them due to lack of time)

The beds in second room were folding beds and not comfortable Although there is a kitchen in the room there are no dishes apart from coffee cups - not even the glases for water Hotel is located near noisy street, however when the windows close there is no noise

Huge room! It was a 2 bedroom family room. They are renovating. I would definitely stay here again once they are done. For 1 night, it was fine.

Not a single utensil in the gorgeous kitchen. Not a glass a plate a fork, nothing!

front rooms facing the road are noisy due to large amount of cars passing by, but they have a nice view

one of the best things I love about this hotel was the location. it is next to everything as well as a tramway station 10 minutes away. 5M migros 3 mins away. overall great experience. Samet the receptionist was one of the best hosts I’ve met, he made sure every need was met and made me comfortable throughout my trip. the reason why I am giving such a high score is because of Samet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

there was an issue that I had to pay for a sheet because the cleaners couldn’t clean the sheets. Banna was split on it. This was the only issue I had which surprised me.

We really enjoyed our staying in this beautiful hotel! Great location, nice design. Very clean and tidy. Good breakfast. The receptionists were polite and respectful.

The pillows are too large. Poor lighting in the dinner zone in the evening. Absolutely no dishes for cooking in the room with kitchen.

Excellent modern hotel with a very good breakfast. We had the family suite which was a spacious apartment with a kitchen and a washing machine. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood about 10 min drive from the Mevlana Museum.

On the booking.com website, the family suites lists one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. No photo of the second bedroom was posted. When we arrived, we found a room with two folding/portable beds, which were not as comfortable as normal twin beds.
