Pool, rooms, and overall hotel facilities were fine.

My stay was generally okay, but there were a few disappointments. The breakfast lacked variety and didn’t feel particularly fresh. On multiple occasions, basic items like cutlery, cups, or glasses were missing and took a while to be restocked. The coffee also left much to be desired. What really soured the experience was the checkout . I was charged for minibar items I never consumed, and there was no way to dispute it. This left me feeling frustrated and unfairly treated.

The hotel is beach front, first line after the Sunny Beach dunes. Easily accessible. Room is excellent size for a family. Waiters in the restaurant are great.

Some little clients' perks as 10% discount in the restaurant for lunch were missing this year. No long-term clients policy. Been visiting this place for 4 years and still no show of special hospitality.

Everything was excellent — super comfortable beds, very clean, and a great location just a short walk from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We stayed in a spacious two-room suite with a bedroom and a living area with a kitchen — perfect for a longer stay. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and new slippers provided every day.

The pool is only 1.3 meters deep — would have loved it a bit deeper. Also, due to the building’s layout, the pool area is mostly in the shade after 3 PM — though the water is pleasantly heated, which makes up for it.

I stayed one night only. I liked the location. very close to cacao beach and the good quality of restaurants. Not too nosy, considering inside Sunny Beach you are facing the cloud , and drunk tourists. Sauna and steam work perfectly. Gym is ok. The staff is friendly.

The menu in the room as little confusing. Not too much information about phone contacts like room service and house keeping and reception. Anyway, you can guess the reception is on 0 or 9. I wanted to order coffee and fresh juice in the morning and the charge for room service was fixed - 15 leva no matter what you order. Bare in mind if you order just cup of coffee. :)

Very spacious, pretty much everything provided for break-away. Close to the beach, comfortable beds in the rooms, and comfortable sunbeds by the pool. Breakfast options were more than expected, catered for pretty much all. Even the bacon was nice! The coffee was freshly ground in the machine and made a nice morning brew.

The only thing that we can really moan about is the cups in the room were too small.for a decent cuppa!

Good, varied breakfast, the room is spacious and clean (daily cleaning). Nice SPA area. Close to the beach.

They gave us an offer for the Lux massage at the SPA; the combination of the massages types in the Lux package should have lasted for about 90 minutes. Instead they only performed a 45 minutes massage and told us that it included all of the massages; if so, at least don't write that this is a 90 minutes long procedure.

The room was very clean and spacious. We did't take an iron with us, but we asked for one and the staff gave us one for the whole vacantion. The breakfast was very varied. The hotel has parking spaces, but you have to pay.

the appartments doesn’ t have good phonic isolation. During the night you can listen the neighbours. The young english guys made a lot of noise on the terrace during the night. It wasn’t very nice!

The apartment was with very nice terrace, and pool view. The staff is very kind and helpful. Nessebar is near to the hotel, 20 min, walking distance. Very nice food in the restaurant for a lunch.

It's really strange for a 5-star hotel, the boiler in the rooms is local and we were waiting 20 minutes to heating, because there's not enough hot water for 4 people. The furniture is simple and not the same like the pictures.The breakfast is the same every day, only a few options for healthy breakfast

Most of the staff are friendly and the place is clean. Cleaners in general are very good. 2 bed apartment is spacious and ideal for us as a family of 4 - great having 2 bathrooms and large balcony.

We stayed here in 2022 and there were little things that were worse in 2023. The room we had this time was not in as good state of repair. Air con was unreliable, curtains hanging off, furniture damaged. Some staff very unfriendly. Breakfast options not as good as last year. Place was also very quiet (14-24th June) so lacked atmosphere in restaurant at night etc. pool tiles damaged and all over the side.
