At 78 years of age and regularly returning to the area for volunteer work and play at Norwich University I've utilizing your services for probably about a decade. It is comfortable and convenient to a restaurant for dinner and a short drive to the Northfield campus vis I-89. Having had a business of my own I am unforeseen problems can occasionally occur. The choice of your personnel and their training leads to rapid resolution of what could be unpleasant satiations. Total experience ++++++.

Comfort Inn and Suites in Montpelier / Berlin VT has become too expensive for me the last two times I used your establishment. I am searching for alternatives in the future,

We picked the location because it was close to some of the relatives we were visiting. I had often stayed at this hotel when I worked for a local company and worked remotely from SC. The staff is great and the hotel is convenient and always well kept. The nightly chocolate chip cookies are a favorite with my husband. The breakfast is very good with many selections.

Our room had a slight mildew smell. I find this often in hotels and am not even sure how it could be avoided because it appeared our room had fairly new A/C. The other thing was price but all hotels in the area have climbed in price over the last two years.

The staff were so nice, the rooms were so clean and the beds were so soft! It was also a 40-min drive from Stowe Mountain and 60 mins from Killington, so it was great last-minute accommodation since we couldn’t find anything closer.

We did request that they clean our room on the third day, but I think that may have slipped their mind! Not a big deal at all though.

The breakfast was great! Good choices of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, juices and great coffee. I loved the welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The beds were comfy; room well-lit; shower perfect. Room was easily accessible as I requested (arthritis). The fact that there is a restaurant, a travelers convenience store, and a full-service gas station in the complex made it extremely convenient. Nearby Shaws was an added benefit.

Unfortunately, I was traveling back and forth to Vershire each day, so it was a bit of a trip. By day it was glorious! The back roads provided wonderful views. But traveling at night with an unreliable GPS connection made those same roads a bit difficult!

Everything was very good.

I found each day we were there the eggs were cold . They were in a warmer, maybe they need to turn up the heat. Also , There was no area for setting out side that was shaded to relax. They had 2 benches for smokers only.

Service outstanding: Greeted with efficiency and a smile. 15 minutes after checking into the room, we received a phone call from the front desk to ask how our accommodations were, to which we replied, "Great, so far." Amenities outstanding: free lemon-infused ice water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, freshly made chocolate chip cookies. Breakfast buffet fully stocked, including eggs, 3 different meat choices, waffles, and cereals; with items to take away like fruit and yogurt. Upon checking out at the desk, we were handed small glass bottles filled with real maple syrup to take with us. A sweet memento of our visit. We were very happy campers.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay, except maybe the fact that we didn't see any moose! Even the view out our first floor window was lovely. If I had one suggestion for the room set up and bed placement, it would be that it would have been much more convenient to have a bedside table on EACH side of the bed. I had to plug my cell phone charger into a low wall plug with the phone on the floor overnight. The edge of the bed was only about 10 inches away from the wall on that side.

Carol, the night desk clerk made check in a breeze. She was so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. She made me feel very welcomed. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The free breakfast was good with real VT maple syrup with the waffles! Free cookies & lemon water in the lobby. Extremely convenient location.

Breakfast was exceptional and the person who over saw it was very very good. She kept everything well stocked and clean.

The entrance. You either had to walk up several steps or a really long ramp and for someone who is elderly or disabled it is a real challenge. The toilets are really low for a big person and for domeone like me with hip issues it’s difficult.

Great location and very comfortable facility. The best breakfast i have had in three weeks of traveling.

Everything was great.

Pretty typical of the three hotels we stayed in on this trip. More and fresh fruit would be nice.

Hotel provided a recycling bin. Also, extra towels were already in the room. The rubber mat in the shower was a safety feature and nice that we did not need to ask for it.
