wonderful relaxing hotel with great facilities and staff. Great food and staff could not be more helpful and friendly

The personnel is throughout very friendly and forthcoming and gives the feeling of being very welcome anytime anywhere in the hotel. The facilities especially the sky spa is excellent, situated in the middle of the city and through its placement on the roof top providing a quiet and secluded atmosphere. The food is also delicious. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen anywhere. Great fresh and high quality products (salmon, fruits, pancakes, cold cuts, tea fresh orange juice and much more). In the evening there is a nice lounge/bar with cozy ambiente before enjoying the dinner in a big room, which is setup in a way to still enjoy privacy despite many people. The 5 course dinner is a delight! We will be back for sure.

Everything there from the moment you walk in through the door until the time you leave is first class, top shelf. I had half board and the dinner is excellent with endless choices. The waitstaff are wonderful, especially Giuseppe! He made me feel at home. I am an older, woman traveling alone and he was very attentive to make sure I had what I needed. The “Robe Tunnel “ is fabulous. Great towels, great robes. I could go on and on.

They only minus I can even think of is the low class choices of gin at the bar on the roof. The main bar is EXCELLENT. The roof bar, not so much.

We enjoyed a wonderful time at HTM . We loved the spa and pool area and booked several treatments . It was outstanding. The pool is wonderful and we spent quite some time every day. The breakfast and food was great and the entire staff made us feel warmly welcomed . Overall we spent wonderful days at the hotel . I don’t want to forget to mention - the hotel location is close to all city attractions as well . It was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located near the city center of Meran, everything is easily accessible from here. We arrived with a large car (Toyota Sienna), it was a bit difficult to find a place in the underground garage, but we managed. From the hotel, you can cross a closed corridor (free of charge) to the city spa center, but the hotel's own wellness area is also wonderful. We really enjoyed the rooftop outdoor pool. The service is first-rate, we recommend the half board to everyone. The staff is kind and helpful.

We’ve been coming here for the last 10 years and it keeps getting better from a very good standard. Breakfast is excellent as is the rooftop pool and also the second pool in the garden. Very secure and spacious car parking in the lower levels.

Nothing much- perhaps the furniture & surrounding wood on the balcony could benefit from some preservative treatment.

We absolutely loved staying there. The food was 11/10, the spa area was great, but could’ve been a bit more and the location was absolutely dead on in the center. We were mostly in the sky spa enjoying the views🩷

Already told reception about it, so it might be fixed, but the hairdryer in our room was only working for max. 10 seconds, then got too hot and turned off. So maybe take your own hair dryer with you just in case🤞🏼

The location was perfect to explore the city and parking was a great perk. The breakfast was exceptional with a great range of selection in addition to many beverages. The spa facilities and rooftop pool were stunning.

For the price, I think the room could have been a bit nicer. It felt very basic and a bit worn. We definitely expected a notch better. Also, the

We stated here for a second time, and like always, it was great! We enjoyed the big breakfast and 4-5 course dinner. The pools are always nice. The weather wasn't in our favor this visit though, we still were able to swim a few times. The relax room is great, but unfortunately some guests leave towels on the chairs all day and the staff does not remove them. So you might not get a spot. Otherwise, I had another great experience and I will return again in summer.

Some things of the hotel need to be updated. Soft close toilet lids and the style of the rooms. I also saw a few outlet covers that were loose or had fallen off in the hallways.I also think there was a toilet closer to the dining room, so you don't have to walk down 2 sets of stairs during dinner.

Exceptional breakfast, great atmosphere and location. Very good spa area and clean hotel. Cosy bar with good drinks.

The bed was a bit on the harder side, but otherwise nothing at all to complain on!
