This is more than a hotel. It just really made me feel like home! The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Rooms and facilities are just perfect. The restaurant is very beautiful and foods are very delicious. Most of all, the humbleness and friendliness of all staffs are what really made me super impressed. If anyone would like to stay somewhere not so touristic but still can travel to several famous places like Lecco or Lake Como, I would definitely recommend this place! 100/10!

Nothing. Just an information for someone traveling alone with no cars like me, making good plans on how to get back to the hotel at night would help you a lot. However, you can always chat with the staffs and they’re always there to help you!

I would stay again and also longer. Renovated old barn house has a romantic Atmosphere, really nice backyard and it is close to Adda river (nice place where to walk and relax). The room was neat, clean and everything was working. They offer nice rich breakfast with fresh bread/sweet bakery products (also gluten free options as well) and in the evening is the restaurant open. The food is delicious and staff is making you feel special. Parking in the backyard is possible.

Noisy wooden stairs to the second floor - old barn issue, so we have full understanding for that.

This old property does not have a lift, and as such, we had to carry heavy luggages through narrow staircases, up and down, something nobody would appreciate. The bed was too small in the room with two single beds, reaulting in bad sleeping experiences. The king sized bed in the suite room was OK, though. The breakfast definitely needs to be improved, as I did not see any vegetables or fruits and bacons on the menu options.

Everything went as it was agreed. Finding the guest house was easy and there was plenty of safe parking place avaliable. The garden was very nice and the room was super cosy and clean all the time. All the staff members were so extremely kind and helpful. Special thanks to owners Massimo and his wife. Also for the gentleman who worked at the restaurant and at the breakfast almost every day. He was super professional! The restaurant Osteria Marascia was the best restaurant we had dinner on our trip. We highly recommend to have at least dinner here if you don't stay for a night.

A car is almost neccessary to arrive to this quest house, but it is still worth it.

We traveled by train and had to walk 20 minutes to the hotel, which was not a problem as we traveled light. It is a very peaceful area near the river, in a decent small town. We walked it up and down. The locals are amiable. Has everything for a multiday stay. We used the train to visit Bergamo, which was very easy. We could take the train to Varenna/Bellagio easily, but we did not. We already visited those towns, but we preferred this place. We were looking for peace and to relax, and we found it. We booked one night but extended it to four. Breakfast: we felt treated like a queen and king, perfect. Once we had an excellent dinner, you must book it upfront, or else you will be too late. Room #03, the biggest one, is the one you need: More than excellent. Staff: from Owner, Chef, William, and all other helpers: 100% friendly and correct. Internet perfect. Privacy: 100%, Location 100%. We had to go, or else we would have extended the stay. And when we left, we took the train to Malpensa airport quickly, on time, and without any hassle. Conclusion: we had a perfect stay.

Personal service to your table. High-quality, fresh food and great coffee! The decor in the rooms and throughout the property is fantastic! I would like to see it in the summer with the leafy vines etc.

The only thing I can think of is a kettle in the room for making tea and coffee(instant).

Food was great, however after eating tuna tartar I had an awful food poisoning that started at night and we ended up calling an ambulance the next day as I was sick for over 12hrs (ended up staying an extra night as we couldn't travel, which they have accommodated) That day I have only had half a pizza earlier and nothing else could have caused it. After showing our paperwork from the hospital (where they even written down that tartar was the cause of it) to the manager they responded that it's not possible and their food is prepared with the highest quality standards (and it did look like it in fairness, but accidents happen). That was very disappointing to have our trip ruined like that.

A pretty place adjacent to a river walk, which was pleasant after a long drive. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very helpful.

Our Satnav kept telling us we were about to enter a ULEZ zone and needed a carte, which was unnerving. The owner assured us that was not so. Hope he was right but we’d researched the traffic restrictions before returning to the Como/ Levi area.
