Perfect location, around corner from underground, opposite large supermarket. Large room, comfy beds. Washing machine Staff very helpful and friendly.

Empty kitchen. You have to go to reception to ask for any equipment needed. Given 4 paper plates & bowls. And a piece of heatproof cloth given instead of ironing board with an iron that doesn’t steam. Microwave in room but no dishes given to use in it. Had to go across road to supermarket to buy equipment. Set up seems to have been devised by someone who has no idea about the practicalities of looking after children. No drying racks to use on the balcony so you have a drying rack over the bath.There is a combined extractor fan/dryer and more detailed instructions in English would have helped here. That said I would definitely stay again as the location is amazing and you can pick up the things you need for £10 at the large supermarket opposite.

This is a great location to stay if you plan on going to Tokyo Disneyland or Disney sea. From Narita airport it is a 2 train ride away and the hotel itself is less than 5 minutes away from the transition. Alot of food options, in fact the hotel backs into a really cool street with supermarket right across the road, plenty of restaurants and Starbucks is also close. It is easy to catch a bus to Tokyo Disneyland or Disney Sea which drops you outside the Maihama station, google maps can direct you from the hotel and which bus to catch, there are a few that go to Maihama station, or if you prefer you can also get an uber, if you are staying until the park closes I recommend this option, it costs around 32 AUD. The room itself is large with two double beds big enough for the four of us and a fully equipped kitchenette. The toilet is separate to the Bathroom and the shower room is large. This hotel is bigger than most and for the price between 4 of us it was a steal.

There is only one elevator that is very small, using the stairs requires a key, there is only one key per room, and you must leave the key at the reception when you leave for the day, it's not a bad thing but pretty outdated to use a physical key.

Exactly like what were in the pictures. The room has a washer, pantry that has pan, kettle, cups, plates.. etc. Everything you will need to cook your meal if you decide to not eat out. It is close to the metro station, and across the street is Seiyu market. Near by are lots of restaurants and two pharmacies. We chose this hotel as most hotels closer to Tokyo metro were either too expensive or have hard time accommodating more than 3 people. This hotel was an apartment converted so the rooms are spacious.

The beds could be a little softer. The bathroom fan has function as dryer, but not too powerful so usually takes a whole day to dry out the cloths.

This hotel has several merits. Firstly, it is a hotel in the style of a typical "condo" apartment in Japan, fitted with in-suite kitchens, refrigerators, washing machines etc. It is perfect for couples or a family looking for a multi-day stay. Located very near Urayasu Station, it is only a ten minute taxi ride from Tokyo Disneyland, and much more affordable than the resort hotels. The staff are very courteous and friendly, and will try to accommodate your every need. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for those not looking to use the kitchenette.

Because of the unique style, the elevator is quite small and can get rather crowded, particularly at check-out time.

The facilities is big enough for 4 people. Staff are friendly and super accommodating. Completeness of facilities including kitchenware. Closeness to all types of transportation and the 24 hrs supermarket is like a cherry on the top "bonus".

It took us sometime to understand the dryer in the bathroom. The room as of now is nice but improvements can still be made such as more shelf can be placed in the bathroom to hang used clothes, kitchen to hang kitchen ware or dry plates and restroom to put other stuffs like tissue.

The room is equipped with a kitchen and basic utensils that enabled us to cook our food. The location is not too far from the Disney theme parks with frequent bus connections. The staff were very friendly and helpful and able to communicate reasonably well in English. The hotel provided us with amenities such as rice cooker, iron, plate/cutlery for kids. The place is kid-friendly and even have a small play area at the reception. The daily room cleaning service also did a decent job as they even cleaned up the hotels kitchen utensils for us - which most other places didnt. And fresh towels were provided daily. In addition, the relatively large 24-hour supermarket with extensive offerings where we did our groceries was conveniently located just a few steps away. Last but not least, it is also close to the Urayasu station on the Tozai metro line.

The kitchen had everything but a dish drying rack which made it rather inconvenient to leave the plates and utensils in a proper place to dry. Also the shelf above in the wardrobe is rather dusty to the point I got a hayfever from disturbing the dust as I used that space for storage. Maybe the cleaner found it difficult to clean that high but nevertheless should be made less dusty if possible. Also the lack of clear bins to use for the non-recyclables and non-combustible rubbish.

The rooms were spacious for Japan standards. The microwave and refrigerator helped store and heat food from the convenience stores. Rooms were clean and the 3 rooms we booked for our family were next to each other. There's a large supermarket across the street for snacks and prepared food. We booked this place based on price as other hotels near Disney were expensive. It was a short bus ride and a 7 min walk directly to Disney Sea.

The beds were very hard.

The hotel was lovely. Really clean, the staff were great with good facilities in the room. Supermarket accross the road. Urayasu great for the sea.

We went to Urayasu for Disney coming from central Tokyo, it was quite a complicated journey finishing in shin urayasu then 36 minutes on the bus from Maihama.. Disney is not accessible from the station in Urayasu. You need either a taxi or train back to Tokyo to pick up the lime for maihama.

Train (URAYASU) Station was 3-4 minutes away. Ton of food places to eat at. There’s a Lawson’s below the building and a grocery store with a pharmacy right across the street. Overall, the hotel location was efficient and convenient. Tokyo DisneySea was also a bus ride away, which is why we chose this for our lodging.

It’s an apartment style hotel to make it feel like you’re at home but I would’ve appreciated for them to provide utensils that we can just wash after each use and store.
