Hotel staff were very nice welcoming professionals and the hotel is clean and all the area was quiet and refreshing air I booked in same hotel twice and will do again next time in Germany also the station is about six minutes walking from the hotel to the train station pretty helpful to go around Germany frankfurt and other cities as well in love with trip inn hotel 💕💕💕💕 Forget to mention there’s a small shopping groceries and restaurant, cafe just 10 minutes walking 💞

The hotel is newly opened, rooms were very spacious, area is in the middle of the forest so very clean air and quiet. The price was very good and lots of free parking lots. Would recommend for business travelers with cars.

The hotel was not easy to find, nearby restaurants and services are hard to find.

The location is close to the motorway, and fairly easy to find. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need for an overnight stay. Staff at reception was nice and polite.

Parking was slightly confusing, but we assume this is down to a temporary situation with the building site around the hotel. Also, charges for dogs are not clear: we stayed twice in this hotel within a 10-day period. On the first stay, we were charged 10 euros for two dogs (on top of the 77 euro fee for the room), on the way back on the second stay, we were charged 30 euros for the two dogs. We booked our second stay as I received an offer of 54 euros for the night (not sure if from the hotel directly or booking.com) hoping we would save, but ended up paying more than expected due to the different fee for the dogs. Strange!

There is plenty of room ,nice and clean facilities.

The station for making coffee in the room wasn't clean . Spoon was sticky, not cleaned from a previous guest. I guess that made everything else dirty in that box containing creamer ,sugar, etc.. Also, the thing i didn't like was the fact I could only adjust air-conditioning partly all other setup was locked so you can only increase and decrease temperature and fan speed and considering air-conditioning is in front of the bed and blowing directly at you while you are sleeping all night long. But that is my personal preference not to have air-conditioning blowing directly at me .

Everything was superb. The staff, the hotel, location. We stayed for 1 night, just to rest on our journey through Europe. Car park was huge and overlooked by the reception and the hotel. After our arrival we decided to eat. We walked about 6 minutes to the local restaurant (there were about3-4), by the rail station. Food was excellent, people nice. As travelling with kids, safety is always a priority. I can honestly tell, we felt 100% safe! Check-In and check-out was fast, staff pleasant and professional. Hotel is close to motorways with easy access to town. We will definitely be returning!

Only thing I didn't like was that Booking.com app didn't clearly describe the rooms. I had to call the hotel, were the very helpful receptionist explained how to book a family room, as your app would not have the correct options.

The Hotel is in a remote location, connected to Frankfurt by train. The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom, nice living. Parking is free and lots of places. It was noiseless. I didn't have breakfast because it seemed too expensive, 17.5 EUR each but I went to see how it looked like and there were plenty of options. It was buffet will hot and cold dishes.

The location is remote. There are plenty of restaurants in a 15-20 min walking distance.

Everything was brand new, clean, super big room, tea/coffe machine, great breakfast (lots of frest fruits and vegetables, muslies, etc), very good tea/coffee. The hotel has a free parking which is a big plus if you're traveling by car. In the walking distance to the train/bus station (few minutes) thats drives directly to the city center. We stayed for 1 night and would definitely stay again

Our stay was very good, we had everything we needed, but just few things are missing: no glasses in the room/bathroom, no chairs on the balcony, no fridge, no extra blanked, no water. You need to put some relaxing music in the loby/reception area. You need to put some signs where te hotel entrance is. Not much to do in the area....

Location

We had a family urgency due to weather and had to leave one night early, we were scheduled for two nights. Prior to making plans to arrange transportation to leave early I asked if we can leave early and get a refund for the one night. The front desk manager said yes we would get a refund since we left before check out. After we left we were told that the accounting dept said no to partial refund. So we stayed one night and paid for two. Complete disregard for honesty

Calm and quiet location. Wide availability of parking. Very friendly and international staff, really appreciated. Also pay attention to the fact that you have a dog. Large room, with balcony (super plus), all new furniture, very functional. Very extensive, international breakfast, choice of cheeses, salami/cold meats and fish. Also salad, desserts, yogurt and selection of drinks.

Difficult place to find, everything still under construction and with poor signage especially if you arrive in the evening (I walked around for 30 minutes to find the entrance). Outdoor parking only, few near the entrance. Building under renovation, old college/hospital style, large areas still need to be spruced up. Completely furnished, not very fancy, but functional and with everything except a fridge! Arrive early otherwise breakfast will not be too plentiful.

The hotel is based / located in a campus. The hotel is nicely organized. We have used the hotel only for one night / transfer. The hotel itself is somewhat isolated from Heusenstamm.

We arrived on 16 July and the hotel is near to a building site. Personally we would not use the hotel for a long stay. The room is very clean , but not very modern with dark colors.
