You wake up with an amazing view over Flims, very calm environment, even though its on the main road, you dont hear anything. relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. Great sauna facility, you make it as hot as you like and we had it all to ourselves. breakfast straightforward and the staff was amazingly helpful, they went above and beyond for all our questions and allergies.

Breakfast was very good. A lot of different meat, cheese, cereals and very tasty bread. All in all much better than the average in this category. Our dog loved the large room and was happy. They also have enough parking spots for your car.

It is close to the street but not too noisy. The water should be a big hotter (ok for a shower but difficult for a bath).

We booked the hotel last minute as the weather predictions were very good and we wanted to make use of it. Since there were not many accomodations available, we just booked it without any expectations. So we were very positive surprised when we arrived. The room was cosy and clean, the personnel was friendly and helpful, and the location is great! Good value for money.

The breakfast buffet was busy and some things ran out quite early and took a while to be refilled. Otherwise all good!

The hotel is lovely, clean, the room was cozy and nicely prepared. Breakfast was very nice, full of options. Skiroom available. The staff was very attentive to my and other guests' needs. I must give a huge shout out to the staff though, since the very first moment I was welcomed with politeness and friendliness exceeding all expectations. Carlos, Momo, Manuela - it was a pleasure, I will be coming back thanks to your friendliness.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to a lot of things like restaurants, shopping stores, and ski lift. The sauna was good and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating, especially Momo. They even let us park our car longer at their parking lot after we checked out just so we could finished our skiing for the day. We would love to come back and stay again.

A very cosy, friendly hotel.. The rooms and in particular the beds were very comfortable. Balconies had views of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was good and staff very attentive. Parking at the hotel and place to store ski equipment was very convenient. There was a frequent bus shuttle to and from the Flims cable car close by otherwise walkable in ski boots. Good WiFi better than at home! We found this cosy and comfortabe hotel very good value and we would stay here again if in Flims. 

We had the best stay. Everything was exactly like we hoped for and even better, the staff was very nice and flexible. We had our baby with us and they were very accommodating and helped in any way they could, no extra charges. I honestly haven’t had such good service in Switzerland before and we have visited a lot of hotels.

The staff was so accommodating and wonderful! We arrived a bit late after our hike and the sauna was already closed, but they kindly opened and heated it for us. The rooms with balconies were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic and filling! We'll be back for sure in winter!

We loved the location of the hotel because it was within an easy walk for us to visit family. The breakfast was delicious with good choices.
