Excellent hotel I like it so much very helpful personal, also not far away from the historical part of the city Samarkand, there was a concierge his name was Umid he helped us a lot, professional organizer in tourism sector, Umid was very intelligent, he organized us everything what ever we asked.

very beautiful hotel, from the outside the building looks like a cruise, not far from the Registan square, there are no problems with transport, the complex has its own electric cars, highly educated staff, when we arrived at the hotel, Xokimabegim and Umid were there, they were very kind, they make us happy with their hospitality and smile, they solved our problems, we want to say a big thank you to them, highly recommend to come to Lia! Maria was the best. Everybody was accommodating and helpful with our needs. Just one comment on the airconditioning unit. I wish they could make it more user friendly. I had to call in an engineer to teach me how to manage the room temp:). I was lucky enough to experience staying in one of your suites and I just wish yo had a bath tub. Maybe it is something you might want to consider over a powder room:) We loved the heated floors! The toilet seat with all those options! A separate/enclosed shower and toilet area was a great idea! And I just love the layout of the room. The fact that you can convert it to a one bedroom unit or open up the room into a studio type is a brilliant idea! You can still have some privacy if you have guests around.

This is a shiny new hotel in the Silk Road complex, walking distace from the Silk Road Congress Center. There is a 24 hour bar. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

This modern facility is outside the city so you don't get a feel of the "real" Samarkand. Also some small annoying things were missing, keeping this hotel from being up there with the "great" hotels: room service ran out of beer; the coffee machine in the room had only decaf capsules; there was a sofa and chairs in the room but it had no desk to work at with my computer (I used the ironing board). These certainly weren't terrible problems, just a bit annoying.

The design of the hotel, the amenities and the wonderful and delicious breakfast. I must say that the hotel is one of the most amazing hotels in Samarkand. My friends and I really liked the hotel. Moreover, it can be felt that the hotel staff are sincerely performing their duties. I rate the service as well as the duties of the staff as 10/10.

Of course, it is important to see the negative side of everything. Naturally, many people do not like the fact that the hotel is located a little far from the ancient part of the city, which is the main place to visit. Also, I think that going to the second part of the building for the sauna is a bit inconvenient for people. But if you have come for any type of conference or summit in the Samarkand Silk Road area, you should definitely stay at this hotel. Because the hotel is an integral part of the Silk Road.

The Silk Road is a place with good facilities but the staff is more amateurs than professionals. The restaurant service is slow often misunderstood orders, missing dishes. Even the hotel is nice but an excursion to get in the city.

I have stayed with family for two nights! It was amazing experience and hotel is above expectation. Special thanks to staff maria and his colleagues very supportive and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with lot of varieties and thanks to the lady who make omelets she is very kind towards my kids.
