The hotel was incredible, the room was spacious clean and the bed was the most comfortable. The staff were very friendly, warn and welcoming. The infinity pool and bar had beautiful views. The breakfast was amazing and there was so much choice.

Close to the airport, big room, big bathroom, restaurants, mall just outside the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful.

Very confusing to go the breakfast place, very hard to find it. Needs more sign and direction how to get there.

We were given a very spacious room with a comfy king bed. Really loved the room. The hotel looked grand and always clean. Great rooftop pool area, too bad we didn't get to use it. Connected to a shopping mall (but not many shops), and an array of outdoor food stalls. WiFi was good. Generous TV channel choice. Water pressure and heating were good. Breakfast was standard local/continental buffet. Nothing special but it wasn't bad.

Due to the layout of the hotel, it was a long walk to and from our room. The hairdryer supplied worked but could be better.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Aryaduta Bali. The breakfast was excellent, very complete with lots of fresh and tasty options. My room was extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful from the beginning. I especially want to congratulate the housekeeping team. They work so hard and did an outstanding job keeping everything spotless every day. Their effort and dedication really stood out and deserve to be recognized. The pool area was also beautiful and relaxing, and the facilities at the hotel were excellent. I also appreciated how the breakfast and pool staff kindly recommended extra services. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and welcoming. It was a lovely experience overall and I would definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights. It exceeded expectations. The staff were so friendly. We booked a premier double room which was modern, clean and spacious. The breakfast was extensive, although they could improve on the coffee station as it seemed to always be broken. The rooftop pool was fabulous! And never too busy at all. Beautiful sunset views from here. I will be coming back for sure!

The walk way to the room was very long and you had to exit the building to another. Other than that nothing!

Hotel was beautifully presented and in a nice area. Room was spacious and had all of the facilities required. The pool area was great and was a great sized pool with a swim up bar, pool seats etc. with helpful staff. The sunset at the poolside/bar was absolutely gorgeous and one night we went along to the DJ night with drinks and the sunset and was a great vibe. The restaurant also had a gorgeous view. We only ate in the restaurant for breakfast but was well set out and the staff were helpful where they could be. The selection for breakfast had a wide variety, which was great, but was maybe a bit too varied for us at times (noodles / sushi / rice / curry - not necessarily the hotels fault). We did have room service one night and it was gorgeous so wish we had experienced the restaurant now The hotel was attached to the mall from the lobby which we weren't aware of and found this really handy for getting about. We also had a spa experience whilst there which was lovely and one of the best massages I have had, the only thing is that the gym is right above the treatment rooms and we happened to have someone throwing weights around above us at the time but the masseuse never let it bother our treatment. If you want a relaxing massage I would recommend during your stay

Our room wouldn't get cleaned until around 4-5pm so meant we missed getting our room cleaned and fresh towels if we were in the room getting ready for heading out at night. The hotel would leave a card to phone reception if we still wanted our room cleaned but generally wouldn't catch this till we would get inn late at night so didn't work for us Check-In was from 2pm and when we arrived at 2:45pm we were told our room wasn't ready and we had to hang about for another 30mins in the lobby until our room was ready.

I loved the location in kuta and wanted a nicer hotel for me and my family than the one i usually stay at the breakfast was amazing awesome selection and the staff where amazing the rooms where big and bathrooms where nice i will happily stay here with my family next time we go i think this will be my go to hotel from now on.

Fridge was on the smaller side but we made do its not a real deal breaker

Location is very good, next door to Lippo mall, close to discovery mall and beach walk, Beach is within walking distance, Property is clean, staff are super friendly and attentive, our room was the premier room with a balcony, felt very comfortable.

- Lack of lifts to main lobby, our room was located a very long way for the lift only for main lobby. We had to walk a while away to get to and from the room. - Bar Fridge/Mini Fridge in room was not cold at all, did not keep our drinks cold.

Wow wow wow, the room was amazing, 2 very big beds. The pol is one of the most spectacular I have had with breathtaking sunsets views . We stayed one night only and were looking for a hotel close to airport. It would have been worthwhile to stay here for more nights. We absolutely loved it.

Nothing really. To improve: if you indicate at breakfast buffet all the allergens, that would be amazing. I saw this in Raison blue Manila and it was so helpful.

The comfort level was extremely high – the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Despite being centrally located, my room facing the courtyard was very quiet. The service throughout the stay was truly five-star. I was particularly impressed by the staff – always attentive, friendly, and professional.

The massage team didn’t speak any English, which made it difficult to communicate and resulted in a less satisfying treatment.
