1. the Property itself, nestled in Coorg's natural habitat.. surrounded by woods/greenery and it gives the feeling of living in a jungle 2. The adventure activities are real fun for families 3. The morning walks are just so refreshing and the best thing in the property 4. Indoor activities too are fun for kids and families 5. The activities they did during Dasara were amazing. like Ram leela/ Live performance/ Singing/ DJ nights etc

1. I think somehow everything is so commercialized. the activities/fun games for kids can be discounted. While I understand Mahindra wants to make money here too, but its just like any other theme park and then there is no vantage of paying and staying in a 5 star resorts if the games are not subsidized 2. Food was really bad in the ala carte resto and may be they want all the guests to go for Buffet. If you want to be the best Resorts then you need to get your act together when it comes to food pls

The overall experience and the greenery was quite pleasant. The location of the property is quite good too, just enough away from the main city and at the same time well connected. I loved long walks inside the property, along with the Happy Hub, Spa, etc. services. The staff from Happy Hub was one of the best, especially the one who conducted the activities i.e. Adventure one & Plantation walk.

I felt the property has a bunch of issues, but the root cause is the property was under staffed and less experienced staff. There were multiple instances right from 15-30 minutes waiting time in valet parking, buggy service which never arrives or available, etc. The house keeping was quite slow with the cleaning as well. And at the last, checkin process wasn't up to the mark, there was no tour of the property, etc. (unless you specifically ask the questions)

Please don’t allow any booking agent with out break fast. We are the regular travellers and no where we have faced this problem, even though we have paid ₹65000/-, we didn’t have a break fast

Location and facilities. Spacious rooms. The rooms can easily accommodate 3 adults. Buffet spread was good it covered both local and international cuisine.

Maintenance. The rooms need to be maintained. There was water leakage from the ceiling in our toilet above the w/c. The property offers some exciting adventure activities which are charged separately. Excursion packages are also charged at a premium.

It is over priced. Toiletries (shampoo and moistures) were not a good quality. Over priced including food, games, adventure activities. It took around 45 mins for check-in even we had late check-in. And after 30-40 mins of check-in we got the luggage in the room.

The prices for some activities like cycling tour conducted by Happy Hub and restaurant food prices are exorbitant. Need to keep the prices at a reasonable level.

The Location and the ambience was really nice. The staff were absolutely helpful being warm and cordial. They upgraded the room and my special request was catered. The Food was also nice. Especially the native indian dishes.

The rooms are a bit old. Cabinets needs attention, they smell dust and mold. A thorough cleaning and a topcoat application should make it rectified.

Excellent location - beautiful resort with lots of wonderful greenery. Kids loved it and lots of things to do inside as well.

Food is quite expensive , the spread was good but not exceptional . Staff were unaware one of the preparations had egg so one of us had a bad allergic reaction . So be careful if you have allergies

Too noisy; Natural cricket noises from the woods are loud but acceptable; However noise from daily events (music/ trivia nights etc.) were too loud even from the cottages; Check-in process was inefficient; Too many front desk clerks with focus on selling their membership/ activities rather than providing a good check in experience

The staff are very friendly and competent. Check in and check out was very quick. Resort is a great place for those who love to walk and for bird watching. Other than the sounds of birds, it was mostly very quiet. Silence is a luxury these days and we enjoyed it very much.

Access to and from the Coffee Blossom restaurant is difficult for senior citizens. Too many steps, no lift. This should have been considered in the planning stage to make it more accessible for everyone.
